It was the first time. I liked everything. The girl at the reception greeted me politely, explained everything, and showed me how to do it. The download is fast and it is mandatory to follow their rules when downloading. This is a loading and unloading drive.

HGV Advice After reading other reviews about this place I was expecting the worst here! However, I found the gate staff very helpful (this was my 1st time tipping here), as were the check in office guys and the FLT driver too! Yes you need full ppe on and they want you to park on the bays absolutely perfectly, but nothing really elaborate just the same as a lot of places nowadays! Maybe my next visit will be different??? One thing, I wasn’t weighed on the way in, but was on the way out, empty!🤪

I deliver and collect trailer loads of beer at in bev.I find the people that work at in bev very Helpfull and friendly,Which in my experiance the Welsh folk are always happy and cheerfull.And always cheer me up.

Loads of Covid restrictions and signs up all over the place, all being ignored and zero social distancing being practiced, drivers toilets are filthy! This place is asking for trouble.
