Chris rang in the morning to confirm details with me. He is a polite and friendly individual. He arrived on time and started straight away. Chris provided 6 of us with an amazing meal to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Each course was a taste sensations and portion sizes were good. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Chris was fantastic, as was his food, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We hired a yacht for the day to celebrate a special event and Chris provided the catering (breakfast and lunch). Chris was wonderful and his food was divine. We were a mixed group (4 adults and 4 primary school children) and everyone loved his food. Chris was so friendly and helpful. To be honest, I had been umming before the event about whether we should hire a caterer or bring our own food, I am so glad we hired Chris as he made it a very special day and has an extra talent as being really good at taking photos. Thanks for making our day so special !

We hired Chris to do the catering for our boat charter. From start to finish the food and service was impeccable. Chris was very accommodating with special dietary requirements. All of the food was delicious and well presented, it really topped off the perfect day. The whole party are still talking about Chris' brownies even now! Chris you provided a wonderful service. celebrating a 50+1 birthday with friends. A wonderful personal at home service. Meal cooked to perfection, with wonderful attention to detail. Kept the kitchen clean and tidy and all we had to sort out was the last glasses at the end of the evening. Friendly, accommodating we changed the main course that was not problem at all to sort out. Kept our glasses topped up all night. 5 star service. Thank you will book again

Chris cooked a fantastic Sunday meal for 12 on 03/04/22 for a family celebration. This is the third time I have booked this catering service and definitely intend to book again. Chris catered for my Sons 40th birthday party at a house we hired in Bournemouth for our Family celebration holiday, a great BBQ, the menu was perfect, serving the children first, thereby allowing the adults to enjoy their BBQ food in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Chris offered an impressive service from start to finish. He was flexible in providing us with a personalised fish menu and each dish, including the desserts, was absolute delicious. Chris was a delight to deal with and we have already recommended him to our friends and family.

Chris provided the catering for 70 guests after our wedding. He made sure we had plenty of time to discuss the menu, even visiting us prior to the event to provide a tasting for us. We decided on a cold buffet in addition to a selection of barbecued fish and meat, this was absolutely not your average barbecue with dishes that included monkfish and prawn skewers and yellowfin tuna with mango salsa. Chris ensured there was plenty of choice for vegetarians as well, with barbecue stuffed peppers and a selection of vegetable and halloumi skewers topped off with a great centrepiece for meat lovers of a 2 kg Bridport rump on the bone! Many of our guests are professionals in their own field, and have enjoyed high level corporate events and buffets in their professional lives, but without exception commented that this was the best catering they had ever experienced. Not only was the food exceptional, Chris and his team were professional, courteous and communicative throughout. Nothing was too much trouble on the day, and thanks to Chris we were able to fully enjoy our day and the company of our guests. We couldn’t have wished for a better celebration and we are sincerely grateful to Chris for his part in making it a such a memorable day.

Chris provided an amazing barbecue for six hungry teenage boys. He turned up in good time, cheerfully fired up our rather rustic outdoor grill, and produced a series of mouthwatering dishes which the boys professed ‘awesome’. The triple chocolate brownies were a particular highlight! He was a delight to work with and left the kitchen immaculate.
