Duncan and the team are always accommodating and friendly. Unlike other suppliers we have had to deal with, these guys are so open to bringing different kinds of products, and as entrepreneurs it's a massive plus. I regularly deal with Sue, who is absolutely lovely, but the one I would say is she perhaps needs to let the customer speak as she has a tendency to interrupt you and not let you complete your sentence - I can imagine this would put some customers off - but I know her and she means well - just some friendly feedback!
