A. A.Soft play area is big and they have a bouncy castle. Football court and nice area for babies and toddlers. Kitchen could be improved. They need to be more organised. Staff overall though we’re friendly and polite. Food was nice. Could do with displaying food hygiene certificate (I never seen when there)
Toilets were clean and accessible for all.
I would recommend and return just please improve kitchen. More options would also be lovely.
J. M.Really good fun for little ones, great price for parents/carers too. First time there & pleasantly surprised with all that was on offer, so much that we didn't get time to venture everywhere inside. The little ones I took were 3 & almost 2 years old, which is quite young for the things they wanted to play on. Although when I saw it advertised online I thought I could see what looked to be trampolines & that's what I thought it was going to be. Not one trampoline in sight however so perhaps completely my own error, honestly not sure but the kids enjoyed themselves regardless. There were however a couple of much older kids who were dominating the one bouncy castle, the one looked about 13 & was a giant in comparison to all the other kids on it & another smaller lad kept climbing up the wrong way & blocking the access to anyone on it, they did this repeatedly, but when I told them to stop it they started jumping on the end of it making all the kids lose their grip & footing making it impossible for any of the other kids to climb through it. When I told them to stop it again the one lad got chopsy with me & told me he didn't care. All of the smaller kids on it didn't go on it again & more than one kid climbed off hurt & crying at which point we decided to leave. It's honestly not fun having to babysit or control others kids because nobody seems to be watching them or checking on them. I think these places should hire staff to walk around & monitor behaviour so anyone acting out of line can be dealt with swiftly, similar to a lifeguard at a pool. Or perhaps they should limit the numbers allowed in at one time as the place was reasonably quiet then next minute it was chaos & I lost the little man's shoes & they weren't handed in so I had to leave without them. They have since rang me to say they've found them but hoping they can post them as it's a long journey for a pair of shoes.
M. M.The soft play was much larger than I expected! They have areas for babies, toddles and big kids too.
The adults can go on the big climbing frames to help their kids out, which is always a plus.
The staff were super helpful and made a dairy-free lunch box for one of our kids. The food and drinks are cheap and cheerful.
Most importantly, when we had 15mins left on our time, someone spoke over a speaker to warn us all; giving us plenty of time to explain to the kids.
4 instead of 5 stars because I would have liked some nicer food, but the price matched the quality ☺️
M. B.What a lovely experience. Took the kids here after school. They loved it. The staff were friendly and it was easy to hook online. I've deducted a star as it was freezing for adults like me who are sitting watching the kids.
R.Great place to enjoy with young children. Party rooms are a nice size. Food services are great. Food is nicely cooked and hot. Toilets are checked regularly. Overall a great place for kids to enjoy while adults chase or relax!
H.Fantastic soft play, lots of different areas I have a 1 & 3 year old and there is plenty to do. I find them reasonably priced compared to others, the only thing I would say is I always find it a bit chilly! Maybe it’s just me 😂

One thing, the lighting can be better. I find it is bit dark. It definitely needs more lighting.
D. M.Before the pandemic took the kids regularly. I have 6 kids and my youngest 4 absolutely love it here. As for me and my partner we can have a coffee or food and chill for a while as the kids burn off some energy. Reasonable prices too

S. G.Good place to take the kids when it is raining outside or they need to run off some energy. There are plenty of things to play on for all age ranges from baby to early teenager. There is a cool baby/toddler area that is styled like a beach and has a sand pit, toys, books and climbing areas! It's a bit pricey at the weekend £14 for a 2 and 4 year old. But if you go in the week it can be quite cheap. You can also get hot and cold food if you wanted to eat. The foods not going to win any awards but it's fine to fill up.

L. J.Went here for daughters birthday. Absolutely loved it here. Only downside was that on the second level of the play area, there are sections of floor that are ropes and nets. My daughter who's 2 now, her leg fell through these nets too easily. Maybe could do with some smaller gapped netting.

The place is well staffed and they come across professional. For a soft play. :)
Prices are dencent. Even got in free once as there was only 45mins until closing.

D. P.Great venue for children -safety is well thought about for the children. Play things are available for todlers & youngsters up to an age of 10. Refreshments and plenty of seating is available for parents to relax ( mostly looking at their mobiles). Birthday parties are catered for with separate theme rooms.

K.Great indoor play area frames, high/low,bouncy castle, kids burn off energy , plenty to climb, jump, test their skills, etc. Hard to keep eye on kids where they are as high large play frames, gets really busy there. Food service,seating area not that clean, so we just got drinks, as kids sweat bad, so much exercise they do there,so plenty of drinks they need. Our kids age 5 to 9 plus toddler.
£5 toddler entry, kids £8,25 each ,when we went in school hols.
K. E.The price is good and there's a huge range of things to keep children entertained. However it would be nicer if the areas for the toddlers and babies were kept to that. Much older unsupervised kids in both areas made it stressful. Fighting and running in the baby area. One woman changed 2 smells nappies in the baby section rather than the baby changing facilities provided. Would be improved if a member of staff walked around every now and then
E. A.Quite a good soft play, the kids enjoyed it. The food was a bit disappointing. £3 for a relatively small bowl of sweet potato fries, took a long time to come and arrived lukewarm.
D. L.A huge multi level play barn kept my 8 year old busy for the afternoon. Lots to do as there is also a 5-a-side football area and other amusements. The place was well maintained, with lots of staff and quick polite service at the cafe. Hot food, drinks and sweets were all reasonable as was the entry fee. There was a lot of mixed and good quality seating, which was great as this fact lets a lot of play barns down. It felt clean, safe and comfortable. We will go again!
M. P.A great place for birthday party but very disappointed that several hand sanitizers were empty & not refilled even after it was pointed out to staff & no soap in the toilets?!
A. N.We were there for a Birthday Party so very cheap for us! Large soft play experience which the kids seemed to enjoy. Two large play areas for the older children (one based on a pirate ship) and a nice little toddler area with a sand pit and slide. Only real issues are that the carpets are a bit grubby (to be expected I guess) and as my daughter mostly crawls that limited her freedom a bit, and that the food and drink isn't of outstanding quality. Either way an okay way to spend a couple of hours.

Good area for toddlers that could easily be made amazing by maintaining it and ensuring things are kept in working order and areas fully developed for example there is a lovely area for books but there is nothing there. A dressing up area with no clothes in it. We have been a few times mainly because our toddler can explore fairly independently which makes a nice change from soft play.
d. l.Situated in a converted unit this is a great place for a day out with the kids in any weather. There is a huge soft play climbing frame area and an equally large area provided for the toddlers with ball pit, slides etc.
There is a cafe available which serves breakfast until 11am and then hit and cold meals. Prices are reasonable.
The whole place is pretty wheelchair friendly but external disabled parking is limited.
C. R.First ever visit today. We absolutely loved it! One child age 10 and one child age 3. We spent 3 hours here and still the kids didn't want to leave! Super clean facilities, lovely staff and great food and drinks. Fab afternoon out :)
A. S.Top place kids love it. Food is not that bad you can get a meal deal, which we tend to do especially if we go after school. It can be a bit pricey as they charge the adults during holiday times.
Their parties are great though simplicity in itself to book and great value. Come with a range of add on activities and a complimentary voucher for the child, think its for three months.The rooms are nicely laid out the food is always nice even if its the usual chips sandwiches and the like. I have personally booked three of my sons parties there and have gone to countless others of his class mates.

G.Fantastic safe environment for your kids to play of all ages, with activities throughout the day to keep them occupied, the food here isn't overly expensive and there is a few bits to pick from on their menu. I come here often and use their reward system, save up stamps for free entry. It is worth paying that bit more to come to a much more expansive and more on offer for the kids. All in all a good few hours spent. I'd recommend coming on quieter times when parking isn't a huge headache, and the kids have more space to run around. Also prices vary depending on tearm time, so keep an eye out for that, save some money and have a better time when it's quiet you will have a better experience, and possibly like me will return again and again.
S. A.Brillant laser party at Jump Cardiff. Perfect for the over 8s. The party hosts, Katie and Tom, were fantastic and none of the kids were hanging round their parents which is always a good sign. Great value given the exclusive use of the centre, and the complementary drinks were a very nice touch which the adults appreciated.
N. V.Weekend prices are extortionate! £15 for a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Double the price of most soft plays in the area and it has nothing they don't have. In fact it's shabby, tatty and A bit smelly in places. Kids love it though but I won't be coming back that these prices.
