r. 1.Absolutely amazing. Totally stunning food and great service. A complete absence of background music completed a full house of perfection. I have no idea what I ate as someone else did the ordering, but there was an beautiful aubergine dish, wonderful vegetable korma, superb mixed grill, I could go on and on. Even the "house dry white wine" was a fab choice.
I wholeheartedly, unreservedly recommend this place. Thank you Manoj and your brilliant team.
I. S. A. (. S.I would have rated this Chefs Flavour 5 Star, when I have eaten there the food is delicious and the service is good. It’s a clean and friendly place.
I have reduced my rating because on two occasions in the a 3 month period I have tried to visit once on a Wednesday and once on a Saturday both times the Google my listing sates the restaurant is open only to arrive to find the place is closed. I understand that things happen , staff are ill, the listing is old and not updated.
Update your Google listing and make sure it’s accurate, if there is an issue update the times, post an update let people know. Or Chefs flavour will cease being a first choice curry house there are plenty in the area that would be happy to take your business.
P. A.I visited the place for the first time with colleagues. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The starters were a real treat, excellent quality and taste. Mains were usual.
The place is small and can get very noisy. one can only speak to the person opposite. it was not good for a team gathering. The parking in the area needs some efforts. Lastly the curry was a little strong for my stomach. I would like to go there again but I may only order the starters.
N. M.This is a little gem tucked away from the main strip of Indian restaurants. It delivered on unique flavours, and great textures - everything cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a bit different.
My favourite dishes were the crispy aubergines and also tiki.
d. s.I was dreading going to this restaurant as we were going out with our mum, she is the fussyest eater ever. Everytime we go out for a meal she always says "I could make this better at home".
The table was booked for 6pm for 8 of us on a Saturday night a few weeks ago. We ordered drinks and starters and before the food arrived the owner came across introduced himself and informed us to talk to him directly about any problems or criticisms with the food or service!
The food arrived and it was delicious and very fresh and the service was second to none.
The most importantly mum loved the food and if it's good enough for mum it must be very good.
If I didn't live in Sheffield this restaurant would be our new local favourite. Cannot wait to go back.

L. B.We picked this restaurant solely because of its proximity to the Morningside Arena for pre-basketball dinner. Turns out we might have discovered Leicester's best curry house and certainly it's best kept secret. Tucked away on the charmingly named 'memory lane' in a run-down business area with surely not much passing trade, from the outside it looks more like a catering company than a restaurant. Inside ambience more like a canteen, what with the TV playing, fortunately it was not noticeable over the hubbub of the place filling fast.
Poppadoms arrived instantly, not the best chutney tray (to be fair Spice Bazzar has pretty much spoiled me for all other establishments). My meat-eating friends started with the full non-veg sizzler. Declaring it delicious, melt in the mouth tender, and "the best starter I have ever eaten". The meat had marinated through to the bone. I had onion bhaji to start, OK but not nearly the best, formed oddly into patties looking more like fish cakes.
And so to the main courses. The first thing to mention is that the choice of dishes goes well above and beyond the standard Indian restaurant staples. There is also an extensive range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, the likes of which I haven't seen elsewhere. I tried the saag paneer (delicious, just the right amount of heat and lovely quality paneer I guess homemade) and the tofu chatpata masala (superb balance of flavours, like nothing I've had before, with tender slices of tofu) which I haven't been able to stop thinking about all week!
Service was good too. There are so many exciting dishes to try there I honestly can't wait to return. If you are in the city centre I recommend you give it a try. About a 10 minute walk from the clock tower, just past the Burley's flyover.

Having clearly labelled allergens (specifically gluten) in the menu streamlined what is usually a difficult ordering process in many Indian restaurants. The food that followed was incredible, the right amount of spice and all perfectly cooked. The owner gave us great service and I would definitely recommend this restaurant

A. J.Its an amazing restaurant, with great staff and services. And something that makes it even more special is his owner, a cordial person, who treats everyone special, equal and welcoming, irrespective of their stature. I had been working in a event nearby, tired and exhausted I came out for my lunch, with nowhere to sit, I sat by the roadside in the scorching sun, chugging the water and stuffing my salad,'cuz had to go back soon. A random man turns up to me and enquired if I was alright, even after assuring him a couple of times, he offered me food and a place to sit and relax in his restaurant. When I politely declined his offer, he ran to his restaurnt and got me a can of cola, and said have it my child and blessed me went away. This man was no one but the owner of the restaurant chef flavours, and I will never forget his act of kindness, it feels good to meet such beautiful souls. And to mention the kitchen of this restaurant was very clean, sas it when i went in to extend my gratitude, so its needless to say the food must be delectable too. Beautiful soul, delicious smell, kind staff and clean kitchen makes food healthy and tasty. So go try and I am sure you wont regret.

D. S.We had a great meal here recently, and will definitely go again when we're back in the area. It was early in a Friday and they were fully booked, but did fit the three of us in, making it clear they'd need the table back by 7:30, which wasn't a problem as we had an appointment then.
The food was excellent, freshly cooked, flavoursome, and very hot! Next time we may opt for the medium or mild. Hot but delicious.
The pricing was good too, both drinks and food. Very good value.

M. C.Me and my spouse visited Chefs Flavour on a weekend trip. It’s a lovely small restaurant tucked away down the delightfully named Memory Lane. When we arrived, we were the only non Indian persons there. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table, where we were then treated to the most beautiful Indian food I have ever eaten. Quality ingredients, beautifully cooked, served excellently.

The choice is exceptional, we had the dhaba murgh and chefs special Amritsari daal mpfor mains, both are highly recommend! The lemon fried rice was delicious, we also recommend the Pani Puri starter and the chef's Sizzler. We went for my birthday meal and they made it feel really special.
Having tasted Indian food from all over the world including India, I can say with confidence that this restaurant ranks as one of the best!
