Salted Orange supplied the Catering for our wedding in May and they were fantastic throughout. From curating our wedding breakfast menu to the superb service on the day they were a brilliant from start to finish. We were invited to a tasting session where each dish was thoroughly explained along with the various alterations that could be made to adhere to any food allergies. Poppy and Dan were so understanding and organised throughout the whole process and they were able to swiftly deal with any alterations we had and they were only ever too happy to help which really alleviated any potential stress. The service on the day was perfect with the catering team were very attentive and on hand to handle any request promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend the team for any wedding day. Salted Orange provided catering for our work's Christmas Party and it was excellent! We had around 40 people with a mix of dietary requirements so they helped us put together a grazing table that was suitable for everybody with both hot and cold options. Very good quality food, delivered to us on-site with plates, napkins and disposable cutlery too. What more could you ask for? Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to cater for their events. I booked Salted Orange for my husbands 40th birthday. What an incredible private dining experience. The organisation of the menu and communication was outstanding- Poppy was so accommodating to all our needs. Each course had been carefully thought out, created to a bespoke design, exceptional flavours and textures together, and was to the standard . We couldn't believe how quietly and surreptitiously he managed to put together such complex dishes, even catering for both meat eaters and a vegetarian. Salted Orange was started in 2014, with only the love and passion of food we've tried to share that with everyone of our clients. SO has done more that 1000 weddings since its inception, with the review system the way it is, it is hard to get people to go out thier way to say how good it was and we accept that. I get frustrated when I see reviews negatively go against a company who have to deal with so much more than just what is expected of them eg unsuitable venues, not enough power or facilities, rude people, greater expectations of our role eg run the actual event ultimately boil down to the plate of food. Some comments are quite frankly ridiculous like the 'wood fired pizza smelled of smoke' but we have to accept it and move on In the end if something wasn't right then the company would resolve it so our families can eat and our mental health can stay strong to do what more than 99% of clients enjoy.

Salted Orange provided the catering for our wedding at Allington Manor on 26 June. The food was superb; beautifully prepared, cooked and served; canapies, wedding breakfast and evening meal. FANTASTIC FOOD!! We booked Salted Orange for our wedding. From the first meeting, where we came up ideas for food, to the big day, Salted Orange were flawless. On the big day, not only have every guests commented on the excellent food, the staff serving on the day should also receive high praise. We or the guests will never forget the stunning baked Brie and beef bourguignon! Definitely recommend booking for wedding or any big event!

It was Over a year ago. But Salted Orange Provided a Top Service and the most excellent food for our wedding Last Year. They even helped me in with my equipment. They are more than a catering company they a company that makes your special day extra special. We recently used Salted Orange for our Heritage Lincolnshire Fundraising dinner held in the Chapter House at Lincoln Cathedral. The service up to the event was great. Sam was extremely patient and understanding of changes made; nothing was too much trouble. On the event day, the team were extremely friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious and they adapted well with last minute changes. Serving nearly 100 people in a short space of time, the food was still hot and service was flawless. I would highly recommend using the Salted Orange team again for another event! Thank you all for your help in making it a great night for everyone!

Sam catered our wedding in June and he did a wonderful job! We had a mixture of traditional English (the gravy for our roast was fantastic and so too was the mutton) and Sri Lankan food (hoppers were spot on), along with candy floss and a dessert table. Sam is very helpful and enthusiastic to try new things, which is so nice when you are keen for a non traditional wedding. Along with being a good chef, Sam was very easy to work with. We corresponded mostly by email and visited him twice for food tasting. On the day Sam ensured the drinks and food were served on time and his staff were lovely to our guests!
