Absolutely delicious!! We ordered the tasting menu with the chicken and lamb kebabs, the seasonal (mango) Bellini, and a white wine. All were exceptionally delicious!!! My favorite restaurant I visited during my stay in London!

I spent a weekend in London with friends and we visited this restaurant twice. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, the price reasonable. The staff was very friendly and treated each guest personally. The atmosphere was also great due to the relatively familiar dining room. Make sure to make a reservation for a table. This was our third visit to Aline and it was simply superb. My wife is a vegetarian and also requires a gluten free diet, so finding suitable places to get good food when eating out is usually a struggle... not at Aline though. The choice was excellent and the quality of their food is top notch. To top it all, their service is great with a particular focus from them to ensure my wife go the most out of the meal. This will definitely be a regular place to eat when we are in London. Don't hesitate, just book Aline, you will love it.

We went to ALINE on 7.5.2022 with our London friends. We are quite demanding guests, but the food was really excellent. Even our vegetarians got their money's worth and were thrilled to finally have a large vegetarian selection. Elie and his team are excellent and loving hosts, and despite a full house, they took a lot of time to explain the Lebanese wines to us and let us taste them (they are also very good, by the way!). All in all, a really mega nice evening, with excellent cuisine and in a place where you feel welcome. On our next visit to the UK, ALINE will be at the top of our restaurant list. The menu, decor and ambience is nice. Its a buzzy place, but small and intimate. The food was okay, maybe cause it was new, but there wasn't really any "flavor" it was like eating cardboard, so some of the dishes lacked spices or even just basic salt (which wasn't available at the table) so that's sad. I really wanted to like the place but I don't think I would go back for the food.. maybe for drinks but the service is a little slow.. I just think there's room for improvement but not a bad experience or anything negative to say just good luck on improving and we hope to see you better

Delicious food, but all brought at once to the tiny table. Lebanese wine was excellent and the only recommendation from the waiter. No advice was given, e.g. don't order more bread as you get a lot with the meal... But the music was very loud, thumping bass and nondescript, asked to have it turned down, and it was, but only for a few minutes, then thump thump thump again. It did spoil the experience for me, and I will not return.

The food and ambience is good. We got the "A taste of Lebanon" taster for £31 and while the food was good (the hummus in particular was great!) the overall experience was not really worth it I think. We were being rushed around about "I need the table back at 8:30pm" before we even ordered anything - presumably because the two of my friends were a bit late. The selection of non-alcoholic drinks was quite limited and there were almost no deserts without milk, so one of my milk-intolerant friends didn't really get a great "taste of Lebanon". Also, a curtain around the door could help reduce the draft of cold air in winter.

One of the best Lebanese restaurants I have tried in London. The food did not only taste delicious but it was purely authentic exactly similar to Lebanon. I was happy with the batata harra as it was very fresh unlike how other Lebanese restaurants in London serve it (no bland veggies added). My only comment is around the portion of some of the Mezze dishes, which could have been slightly bigger. Nevertheless, will definitely pop in again.

This place has both amazing food and great service/staff. I’m Arab and this is one of my favorite Lebanese restaurants in London. I’ve been there almost 6 times now and I still didn’t get bored of their food. They also put Arabic music and the ambience is nice and cozy. Definitely visiting them again next week.

Initially I wasn't sure if this restaurant would cook authentic Lebanese food given its in central London and most restaurants are catered to local taste. So going in as a Lebanese food enthusiast I was skeptical. However as soon as I tasted the food I was pleasantly surprised how great the food was! It's hands down the best Lebanese food I have had in London! Everything from the starters to the main course and dessert are authentic and made with love. Highly recommended!!

Excellent food! Exceeding expectations. To be honest all I really ordered were different types of the flatbreads, but they were all so amazing! I could literally drown myself with their hummus, and sauces. The smells were great, and the price was very doable. Went for my girlfriend's birthday. I made a note when booking the restaurant, and though we had one server the whole evening, taking care of maybe 15 guests, his attention was incredible. I was worried he'd be overwhelmed, or his service would suffer being the only one there, but Daniel exceeded our expectations, and treated my girlfriend with a little candle, dessert and song. Would definitely come back! And will order more things, other than the flatbreads (though will still probably get them all again as a starter 😎)

Love this hidden Lebanese gem on Maddox Street. Had my eyes on it for awhile, were regulars at the Thai restaurant across the street and never got around to try it. Monday early evening had a meal - best hummus, yummy charred cauliflower, spicy cheese rolls and the kebab kibbeh! Shame on us for not taking any photos we just gobbled up the delicious food. Great service and charming place. Highly recommended and coming back for sure 👍🏽

Aline’s kitchen has rich vibrant green falafel and delicious garlicky foul. It has authentic Lebanese al Maza beer, which you can use to wash down your pumpkin kibbeh. Yes, the fatayer was soggy, but the value was excellent and if I fancied a Lebanese in the west end, I would head here.

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff and the food... we had the sharing platter on the specials board and the mixed meat skewers were cooked to perfection. I was thinking the Australian-Lebanese is the best but here in Aline, mezes are like directly from Beirut. Grills are perfectly cooked and everything is super fresh. It was definitely the right choice. Staff were friendly and attentive and food was really good. Make sure you pay them a visit.

I took my mum, who was celebrating a significant birthday, and four other members of the family to have dinner at Aline before the theatre. We found the place to be full of Lebanese charm. The lighting, the music, the service and the ambience was really inviting. The place was busy but not noisy so conversation was easy and the food was really good. Went to a wine bar nearby afterwards and they charge the same wine a lot more. Dishes to try: flat bread with Zhitar spice, dessert panna cotta, tahini and rose water ice cream. We had a really good dinner in this little restaurant next to Regent St. I can't tell if it is "the best" lebanese restaurant in London since I don't know much about this cuisine but it is definitely a delight and the best I've tried so far. The place is small, but it was quiet and not too noisy. Very nice. The food is delicious, although the portions are small. So if you're a bit ungry it will be more a £££ restaurant then a ££ but still ok price regarding the location and food. Regarding the food, I think I can tell it's mostly home made. The vine leaves were excellent, really. So If you're in town and don't know where to go for lunch/dinner give it a try!

I had a lovely experience at Aline's yesterday. I got the Pulled Pork sandwich and it was exquisite. The restaurant is a minute away from Liberty and Regents Street so it is a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of shopping. The prices were very reasonable. A highly recommended restaurant.

This small cosy Lebanese restaurant is great for dinner. Went there for dinner where we shared some cold and hot mezes followed by a mixed grill of lamb and chicken. I am a fan of Lebanese food so I always ask for the garlic paste. Make sure you do as it goes well with your fries or meat. We finished with some delicious baklavas. The place is just off Regent Street on quiet road so it doesn't get a lot of traffic and keeps the noise down.

Lovely Lebanese food at a high quality. The hummus was subtly amazing with good flavours of tahini. Falafel was tasty too. Good quality Lebanese food worth the price.

Good selection of well-prepared mezes. The real weak point of the restaurant is in the service: the waitress poured the whole bottle of wine in our glasses in order to not leave it on the table, which in turn was so small that our order (the signature assortment of dishes) did not fit on it. The mint tea was poured before having completed brewing so was just warm water with a slight hint of flavor (and the teapot cover fell on a tea glass shattering it and slightly cutting one of us). The waitress purposed cocktails but we just ordered an amaro which was served (after a quick peek on Google) with gin and became horrible. Just avoid the wine (either Italian or Lebanese). Only three of those listed were available (no whites or rosés) and were just not worth it.
