A licking finger event. I was at a friends wedding, an intimate affair with family and a few close friends. Cuisine Supreme did catering; I was not sure what to expect until... Well, I will let the pictures tell the story. A before and after. The oxtail, with rice and beans. Delicious. The cake was so lovely. I have decided the Cuisine Supreme will make my next celebration cake.

I have been allergic to egg from birth so never could eat anything that contain eggs, until Cuisine Supreme owner Jennifer Beckford started to make vegan cakes which does not contain eggs. This was absolutely delicious, I shared this delight with two people that actually eat cakes with egg in it and even they said this has been the best they have tasted. It was so soft, moreish and did not want to stop eating it. Thank you for introducing me to cake. I would highly recommend you try this cake you won’t regret it, but your waistline might. We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Supreme Cuisine for catering our Mum’s Celebration of Life following her funeral. Jenny was a true professional, from when we contacted her at short notice to see if she could cater for the occasion, her willingness to rearrange plans to accommodate us, to giving advice on numbers to cater for, and what selections of dishes would suit our budget and requirements. At such a harrowing time for the family, she was well organized with the preparations, and even remembered things that we had forgotten, making her so easy to work with. We had requested West Indian food for around 100 people, and Jenny made the most amazing vegetable curry, Chicken Brown Stew, with salad, rice and peas and the most authentic tasting curried goat any of us had ever tasted. One guest originally from Trinidad, said he only ever tasted curried goat like that at home! She even considered those with a sweet tooth and supplied one of her famous Rum cakes! Jenny and her team were discreet and efficient on the day, having to warm the food in a less than modern oven in a small kitchen area. They even helped us with the clearing up before they left! We really can’t thank Supreme Cuisine enough for the professionalism they showed during this difficult time, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cuisine Supreme for their professional service, great tasting food and value for money. I recently ordered a rum cake from Cuisine Supreme. It was excellent and full of flavour. The fruits and rum in the fruit cake gave me taste of home make fruit cake. The cake was moist and delicious. Cuisine Supreme never disappoint! I had a red velvet cake made for my sister's 30th and it was absolutely amazing. The flavour, the texture, the presentation - absolutely amazing. Mrs Beckford has a keen eye for detail and it reflects in the perfection of her cakes and all her other dishes! Communication was such a streamline process. All my requests were catered for in an orderly manner and everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend and I will definitely be a customer again!

I first used Cuisine Supreme for the Launch of my second business EMPOWER 7. I decided on Cupcakes and had a range including Red Velvet. All had my Logo and the guests were raving about them for months afterwards. I didn't celebrate my launch birthday this year buy am definitely hiring them to do my 2 year celebrations next year. I've tasted the Rum cake, Rum Balls, Bun and Sponge cake. A Professional service, tastes beautiful and makes to a bespoke order listening carefully after consultation. Very friendly and reasonable prices especially as the Creativity and Art that goes into some of her work. I would definately purchase food too.

I ordered a Rum Cake for Christmas and my goodness it was delicious! I asked for it to be decorated and it was presented beautifully - we almost didn't want to eat it, it was so stunning. But we were glad we did, it was so moist and had an incredible flavour. Will definitely order again!

Without hesitation, Jennifer contacted me straight away to discuss my requirements. Cuisine Supreme are extremely professional and efficient. Time management is on point and all food freshly prepared within the specified time. Great value for money as there was more than enough food for everyone - generous portions, packaging and presentation excellent. The food was enjoyed by all. May I start by saying Cuisine Supreme (Jennifer) showed an excellent level of professionalism from start to finish, the level of attention to our needs and detail was all you could ask for from the design topper to the understanding of allergies. The outcome of the texture and flavours of the cakes exceeded our expectation. My Wife made a comment which I felt the need to quote because it says it all. Jenny has been frying my Easter fish for the past few years and I seriously could not get by without her. After over 12 years of not seeing our friend Beckford. she came to see us in Colchester for a light Lunch a few weeks ago. she brought us lots of lovely gifts and one was one of her Rum cakes. it was just before xmas when we tried it warm and it was delicious. we've had it several times since and still a slither left. its so light, Rich and just the write amount of Rum, Plenty! Yum! its a lovely change to xmas pudding. you can eat it all year around, Cold on its own with a cup of tea, warm with custard, cream or even brandy sauce. we loved it. i just hope she can deliver to Colchester if i order some more. I am extremely pleased to say everything is of an exceptional standard. The service I have received has always been of an outstanding quality, utmost professionalism, friendliness and concern that I am pleased with the end result as she cares deeply about her customers being happy with their purchase. Mrs Beckford is very accommodating, working with me to required times and she is always punctual. Over the years I have given Mrs Beckford numerous challenges to be created into cakes, examples are, a model's catwalk, various handbags, shoes, trainers, animals and even my mum sitting in a chair in her garden surrounded by flowers, which was so beautiful. No matter what is it Mrs Beckford has never let me down and has been able to create and present superb excellent creativity which has no bounds, she is able to recreate anything. Due to her exceptional talent, a lot of my family and friends are now her customers and also speak very highly of her and her capabilities. It is always a pleasure doing business with Mrs Beckford as she goes that extra mile for us.

I tasted and then could not stop eating Cuisine Supreme's Easter Bun it was spectacular, appealing to the eyes and moist but firm and tasted better than many Buns I have eaten over the years. Cuisine supreme is amazing!! Jennifer catered for our wedding last night, food tasted so nice! The brown stew chicken is definitely a crowed pleaser!!! For our vegetarian guests we also had lentil curry and poatched salmon which was all gone!! That says it all hahaha DELICIOUS! Our guest got up for seconds and thirds. We asked for catering for 100 people however there was plenty more food. Service is quick, food is hot and very professional! Really helped made the day speacial as guest went home well fed and even had more food to take home. Jennifer even got involved in some of our games , just a lovely friendly person, who aims to please!! I would strongly recommend cuisine supreme, value for money, food is excellent and catering staff are so welcoming, polite and well organized!! Thank you so much cuisine supreme!
