I am a regular at the cafe and have always found the team very friendly and food/drink extremely good quality and value. I have also been to 2 events recently at Burgh House and the events team have been nothing but charming and efficient. Given the challenges that venues like this have had in the last year or so, it is a testament to their professionalism that even in the most difficult of times they can present themselves in such a friendly and accommodating manner. Thoroughly recommended!

I love this little place and have been going for many years for lunch. It is a great location between the High Street and the heath, perfect place to take the dogs after a walk and the garden in summer is just perfect. The food is always superb and exceptional value. A few weeks ago I held a birthday party for 30 in the upstairs house. The food was lovely and the staff were enormously responsive and helpful both in the planning of the event and on the day.

Leafi were superb, very professional. I had a 50th birthday lunch for a lot of people at Burgh House and the food was superb, service very good and they were friendly and professional throughout the whole planning process. Couldn't fault them! I will use them for my parties again.

I have visited a couple of their venues and they have very friendly staff. I haven't had any issues with them. The lunch is all wonderful, everything you can wish for is on the menu. I always feel at home because of the great service of the staff. Next thing on my list is to order their afternoon tea as it always looks so delicious.

Leafy were the caterers for our wedding at Burgh House (they are the in house caterers and also run the Buttery Cafe there). The food was very good, especially on the day, but during the course of our wedding planning we had to talk to three different managers. The catering staff organising the ceremony just didn’t instil confidence in the same way as Burgh House did. For example: forgetting a scheduled appointment with us as well as contacting us 2 days before the wedding the tell us that they couldn’t fulfil certain items on our menu which we had agreed months beforehand. We got there in the end though and perhaps we had our wedding during a difficult period in Leafi’s organization. We felt like Leafi could improve the way they are organised within Burgh House. We would have given Burgh House a 5 star review, instead of 4 stars.
