McCalla’s recently catered for a ‘nine night’ gathering and a funeral for my grandma and the service was first class from start to finish. The owner Roxanne was fantastic to deal with, always helpful and quick to respond. The food for both events was absolutely delicious; we received many compliments from the guests who attended, included the born and bred Jamaicans who said it was some of the best jerk chicken and curry goat they’d had! I wouldn’t hesitate to use McCalla’s for any other events I have and would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs a top class catering service.

From the moment we booked McCalla's for our wedding, I knew the food would be 💯. And it was! The food and the staff were amazing! Roxanne and her staff catered to our every need. Everyone loved the food and some of our guests are still raving about Chef Bob's honey chicken (and wondering how they can buy some 😂). Would definitely have McCalla's again in the future. We pulled together a shortlist of vendors to cater at our wedding. Following food tastings there was only one vendor we were going to use: McCallas. Roxanne in the lead up to our wedding was very professional from providing advice on the amount of drinks to purchase, to the design of our menu and doing a kitchen inspection at our venue. We never had to chase her during any part of the very stressful wedding process. During the wedding the staff provided service with a smile. All our guests were raving about the food including the vegans who loved the chickpea and pumpkin curry. I would most definitely hire McCalla again in some capacity whether that be funeral, party, or christening. Truly impressed and I hope the business goes from strength to strength.

Well, what can I say about McCallas Caribbean Cuisine; to start with I found them to be fast and efficient with their responses when I made my initial enquiry. I’d found them online via another website and they were at the top of the list. I was looking for full service buffet, including servers etc. to cater for my mums 70th birthday party. As with any company who you’ve never used before; as good as the previous reviews were, you can only go by your own overall experience in regards to how good a company is and I can honestly see why they are on top when it comes to catering for Caribbean Cuisine. Some companies can only do things 80-90% perfect, but Roxanne and her team had it all spot on, 100% all the way. The food was cooked to perfection; with their Curried Goat just the right consistency and spice, their Jerk Chicken was the right combination of spice and the Jerk Salmon was the perfect taste sensation. On the evening of the event, I found the servers, friendly, efficient, smartly presented and punctual. They left the kitchen as they had found it and made me feel I had definitely made the perfect choice in hiring McCallas to cater for my event. To be honest, they weren’t the cheapest quote I had received but I can truthfully say, they were worth every penny and will be at the top of my list should another event arise. Actually I might just create an event just so I can use them again. I’d like to end my review by saying, if you want quality food, excellent service and access to the best Caribbean Cuisine in London, look no further than Roxanne and her team. McCallas Caribbean Cuisine is definitely the way to go.

I hired McCallas to cater for my Mum's 50th birthday party after seeing really positive reviews online. I was really impressed with the team, food and service. The team are very professional, reliable and friendly. The food tasted delicious, everything was cooked to perfection - the jerk chicken was so tasty! The team not only provided the food, but an impeccable and full hospitable service. Thank you also to Roxanne, who was always very responsive and attentive prior to the event taking place. I was so impressed that I've already booked them again for another event.

Highly recommended. Used this caterer for my wedding. They went out of their way to help when my wedding in June was cancelled due to Covid 19. Finally had my wedding on 24th October, and they were Fantastic and ensured I had all that I needed even though my original order was for 100 people and went down to 10. 5 star service, and quality food. McCalla's catered for my gran's 90th birthday party and provided an exceptional service. The food tasted fantastic and we received many compliments on both the canapes and the main dinner. What an amazing company McCalla's truly is?!!!! We tired them for my lovely Daddy's funeral a few days ago and were absolutely blown away by the set up, the service and the food from start to finish. Owner Roxanne is extremely attentive to your need and very accommodating. The team of staff on duty were beautifully professional, immaculate and so pleasant to all the guests. The coordinated catering dishes and apparatus looked so appealing and the food....... if I were able to leave 10 stars I would. Thoroughly .....and I cannot say this enough ....thoroughly enjoyed by all, such delectable flavours and every dish you can tell had been cooked with love and quality ingredients. So tasty and healthy portions for all. The team even served up all the doggy bags for the guests! McCalla's you have been amazing and I will definitely be returning for your services and promoting them too.... am Obese thank you from the bottom of mine and my family's Hearts xxxx
