M. F.Good stock and friendly staff but I'd warn people not to do Click and Collect from this shop. The first time I handed over the order receipt with order number but the assistant pored over order books and the online system for ages looking very puzzled, then disappeared out the back for another age until finally she found what I'd come for. The next time I went to collect something the same routine but this time she never did find it, and told me she'd order another one for me to collect the next day. I arrived at the time she suggested and couldn't believe it - she had to search the order book and the online system all over again. Then it was out the back again for another ten minutes but this time she arrived triumphantly having found it. Surely they could come up with a more efficient system for Click and Collect. Maybe a box or a shelf?
M. S.Very helpful staff good service. You can find any thing about a hotel. If not in store they will deliver it to you most the time next day. Average quality chef wear. Good quality kitchen products.
