N. R.Paste e Basta catered my wedding and WOW they blew me and all of our guests away with their incredible food. It's been a month and I'm still thinking about it. The homemade pastas, little appetizer bites, and the tiramisu were all incredible. Fabrizio was so kind to work with and tailored our menu to our desires and allergies...then made everything both beautiful and taste amazing. It was truly spectacular and special. If you want Italian food for your wedding, you absolutely should hire Pasta e Basta! I can't thank them enough for such a perfect meal.
A. A.Pasta e Basta did a fantastic job of catering our post-wedding party in July. It was a casual set-up similar to a food market where we had 3 pasta options - paccheri with nduja, spinach conchiglie with truffle, and squid ink ravioli. They were all equally delicious and our friends still tell us how much they enjoyed the food. Fabrizio made the planning easy, being flexible around changing covid restrictions and accommodating all of our extra requests. Best decision we made!
E. M.Pasta e Basta catered my wedding recently and I couldn’t have asked for a better caterer! Their menu was incredible and every single dish was so delicious. We had canapés on arrival which were all amazing, a charcuterie board sharing starter and three incredible pasta dishes served family style for the main. Finished off by a delicious boozy tiramisu! Both Raminta and Fabrizio were so helpful and kind in all my interactions with them in the lead up to the wedding, and really accommodating when I had to change the date twice because of the pandemic! I think the food really makes a wedding and all my guests loved it. I really can’t thank them enough for making the day so special ☺️

We had wonderful canapes when the guests arrived including arancini, bruschetta, nduja croquettes and polenta with mushroom. Then for the main meal, we had three different pastas (beef gnocchi, truffle pasta and a pork fennel pasta), a roast vegetable caponata and a rocket and lemon salad for each table to share.
So many of our guests made a point of commenting on how great the food was and even said it was the best wedding food they have ever tasted! We agree! We particularly loved the caponata and the pork and fennel pasta, but it was all absolutely brilliant.

L. H.Wow, Mmmmmm, yummmm delicious! The words and sounds that sum up the wonderful Italian pasta from Pasta e Basta. From the first time I tried the amazing beetroot gnocchi and asparagus ravioli, I was hooked. I now have my whole family hooked. So much so, now instead of me and my mediocre cooking skills at dinner parties, I buy pasta and pesto and always wow my guests. Such a lovely family too, Pasta made with love. Raminta and Fabrozio are so passionate and skilled, I am now disappointed going to Italian restaurants, so I enjoy my own Italian restaurant at home. Belissimo 👌Looking forward to experimenting with some recipes
E. v. R.Fresh and authentic pastas delivered to our door. Each spoke for itself , ingredients and even packaging great. Difficult to say our favourite! bolognaise with the pacchieri was splendid.
R. ..Pasta e Basta catered our wedding. They were absolutely amazing, and my favourite contractors, of which we had many. Fabrizio and Raminta are lovely people and Fabrizio is a great chef, its definitely the best pasta we have eaten on this scale (100 guests). Our friends and family all really enjoyed the food, which was really important.
My husband and myself couldn't recommend them highly enough for any event as well as a quick snack on their stalls in Wapping market or London Bridge!

S. H.I'm a long-time fan of Pasta e Basta's food stall at London Farmers' Markets. But their home deliveries of fresh pasta and sauces are just as excellent. Perfect for a quick meal. Delicious and very filling.
N.I hired Pasta e Basta for Magdalen College's 2016 commemoration ball, which was a luxurious event with 1800 guests paying £195 a ticket. Pasta e Basta delivered the exact sort of quality these guests were expecting; I cannot have asked for more!
They served 3 types of pasta: a vegan option, a vegetarian option, and a meat option. Every single portion of pasta had gone by the end of the night, and I did not stop hearing guests talk about how good it tasted! The staff were quick and professional, and yet they still retained a sense of warmth and joviality towards the guests, which I find can often be lost when there are a lot of people to serve.
I wouldn't hesitate in hiring Pasta e Basta again. They were great to work with and they really helped make the night as special as it could be!
