Wow! What can I say about Chef Philippe! I booked Philippe as the private chef for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday meal. Philippe cooked a 3-course meal for eight friends which was 5-star! The food was exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. In the lead up to the event, Philippe was very accommodating when discussing our bespoke menu ideas. He remained in contact throughout the process and answered any questions I had within adequate timeframes which was key to me when organising stressful events. Do not hesitate to book Philippe!! He will definitely not disappoint you. Thank you so much Philippe! You really made our night.

Choosing a gift for my husband is an almost impossible task, but a master chef cooking lesson with Philippe absolutely nailed it! We had the most enjoyable afternoon as Philippe imparted his culinary skills and passion. His personable and engaging approach made for a thoroughly relaxing and yet instructive afternoon, topped off by enjoying the delicious fruits of our labour with wine to match. Philippe is great. We booked him for the Christmas Eve dinner and had a fabulous evening. The dishes matches Michelin-starred taste and presentation. If you want a Michelin star experience in the comfort of your home to create a very special occasion I would highly recommend it. It really felt like we went to a outstandingly delicious restaurant. I was so happy to find someone who puts as much attention to detail in food and event management as I do. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Philippe's private dining experience twice - once for an intimate dinner, and for a large event. The food was unmatched on both occasions and the service was out of this world! His dancing at the party wasn't bad either but I would hate to create the impression that this is part of the standard service ;)
