Using Sabel for our wedding really made the event so special. The food was just amazing. Toby spent time with us and discussed what food we loved and why and then came up with some options for us to choose from. It was such a fun and exciting process to design the perfect menu and we were so pleased with the final food and how it all worked on the day. It was a feast style event and all the guests were super impressed. Really delicious food, fun team to work with for our big day and a great experience from start to finish. Will use them again - next time I get married ha ha.. actually have used Sabel for smaller scale events too (baby shower ans big birthdays) and have never been disappointed- the food is always memorable and really makes the event special.

We used Sabel for our wedding in July. After having to postpone for a year they were extremely kind and patient while we worked out our new plans. The food was absolutely perfect - super tasty and a real highlight of the reception. All of our guests mention how much they enjoyed the food, and how different it was from your standard caterer. Even the vegetarians / vegans were complimentary (a few saying it was the best vegetarian dish they’d had!). Lianna and Toby (and Summer our event manager) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Five stars simply can't do Sabel justice. Toby and Lianna are a fantastic team, and the Toby's food is next-level delicious. We first used Sabel to cater a 70th birthday party: the food looked sensational and tasted even better. We also enjoyed 'Sabel at home' during lockdown, so when we got engaged, asking Sabel to cater our wedding was a no-brainer. Toby and Lianna (and the wider team) are wonderful to work with. They're really collaborative in developing our wedding menu, and advising us on how best to ensure everyone and everything is catered for. The menu tasting was great fun, and most importantly, the food was incredible. We are super excited for our wedding day, and have every confidence that the meal will be another five-star smash.

Sabel Food were the caterers we selected for our wedding and it was the best decision we made! Lianna and Toby are a brilliant team, super friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. Everything they delivered from the food, to the tableware, chairs and staff, were to a very high standard. So many of our guests said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. I wish we could do it all over again. I cannot recommend Sabel Food highly enough. Thank you! As soon as we saw some of Sabel's creations we knew we wanted to have them cater our wedding, as we loved their style and creative use of ingredients. Lianna and Toby were great to work with as were all of their team, who went the extra mile on the day. A huge thank you, you were great!

The Lentil and Roasted vegetables recipe I made for the family was DEE - LICIOUS! I wowed the family by serving exactly as suggested and Nancy commented that it was like walking into a restaurant!
