J. C.Before I begin I must say the food for my wedding on 31/07/21 was outstanding. The service was 1st class, even though we turned up an hour early due to the rain. I reassured the chef not to worry as we would have our photos taken 1st. When the staff brought out the food it was Wow. Excellent food. Great taste. Waiters & waitresses were outstanding. We had the beef and was cooked to a T. Everyone commented on taste & quality. We can only say a big thank you to Jackson Catering for a fabulous lunch. Would defiantly recommend these people. P. M.I used Jackson's Catering for my Dad's 90th Birthday Party and what a great decision that was. I dealt with Emma who was exceedingly helpful, professional and very accommodating and even offered suggestions to suit the tastes of our guests. The food was delivered on time and looked and tasted wonderful and we did not have to think of anything as Emma had supplied everything we needed at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Emma and Jackson's Catering enough for any kind of celebration where you need great food delivered without any fuss and very yummy too.

The sharing platters in particular went down a storm. There was plenty of food to go around and the staff on the day were really attentive to all our needs. We had a cold buffet and there was a huge amount to choose from. Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. Emma was very nice to deal with and it was great to arrive at our venue after the christening to find the food all delivered and the stress taken away it was lovely. C. H.We hired Jackson's for our wedding as we wanted an informal bbq. The booking process was really easy and Emma was really good at communicating to ensure everything was ok and in order. The caterers themselves were really self sufficient exactly what we needed for our wedding day! The food itself was good and didn't hear any complaints from the guests! Our only minor criticism was the sausages were a third of the size of the buns and would've liked cheese for the burgers but as I say minor. We would definitely use again and recommend to anyone, thank you
I. D.Jackson's catered our vegan wedding in July 2018. The communication, tastings and adaptations to suit our tastes were always excellent. They were a very reasonable price as well. The most amazing thing was how incredible their team was on the wedding day. Despite them having a clear role to play their team went out of their way to talk to other helpers and co-ordinate. I think they even did some extra jobs above and beyond what we had asked of them which made the day run so smooth. The food was excellent and we would use their service again in a heartbeat.
