Francs did the catering for our wedding a few weeks ago and it was amazing! We had so many comments on how tasty everything was, especially the canapés. They were accommodating with all our requests and were very professional and helpful. We had Banksys street food van for the evening food which was also incredible! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Franc's catered for my 50th serving various hot canape's. They set up a cooking station outside and treated us to a steady supply of incredible food while all of our guests mingled. It worked perfectly and the comments from all were wonderful. The whole team couldn't do enough and even set up a bar to serve our drinks and went round taking orders. We would definitely recommend Franc's and will use them again.

Francs Catering came into our City Centre Office to provide food for our organisational celebration. Francs catered our wedding on Saturday and it was fantastic. Louise has been so patient and kind with us keeping up with the ever changing guest list due to Covid. The food was amazing and all the guests were so happy with what they had. They kept the canapés flowing all the way through the reception and the service of the wedding breakfast was amazing. I had people shouting to me across the room during the meal and putting their thumbs up because they loved it. She was also great with me as I have a nut allergy. I’ve had a few comments that it was the best wedding food ever; which is amazing and the vegans and coeliacs all loved their options too. We asked for a special starter to be made for us (ham hock croquettes) and they got it absolutely bang on. The beef main was so tender and the portion sizes were very generous. The Banksys street food airstream trailer went down and absolute treat in the evening and people loved it. The fries were so delicious and everyone commented on the burgers. I hope this review has done Louise and her staff the justice they deserve - I would recommend Francs to everyone and anyone.

I've been to a few events where Francs have done the catering and I've never been disappointed. You can't beat the attention to detail, the professionalism of the staff and most importantly how delicious the food is! Looking forward to my birthday - will definitely be booking them!

We chose Francs to do the catering for our wedding in October 2018, as we knew their food was excellent having been to their Altrincham restaurant a few times when it was open. We weren’t disappointed, as they cooked & served one of the best meals we’ve ever had, all from a small kitchen in a village hall. All 70 guests had a perfectly cooked 3 course meal, all served extremely efficiently, and each dish was absolutely delicious. Every single guest that we spoke to afterwards remembers how good the food was, and we’re absolutely delighted with the entire service we received. We had a great tasting session at Sale FC Rugby Club where 4 of us were able to sample each menu choice that we’d discussed in a previous meeting, and were helped to decide what we wanted on the night. As lovely as the food was, we were sceptical that it could be cooked just as well when the catering was for 70 people in a small kitchen, rather than 4 people, however the food on the night was every bit as perfect as the tasting session. As well as the superb food, Francs were immensely helpful in serving our drinks (table & bar), and helping out on the night with things such as cutting the cake. Louise was extremely professional in assisting with everything required [including guests changing menu options the night before (!)] and went over and above to ensure that we had a day & meal to remember. We will definitely be using Francs again in the future, as they combined superb food quality & excellent service within an overall affordable price. We can’t thank Louise & Nick (and the rest of the team) enough for helping to make our special day that bit more special.
