I emailed several repair shops with quite a big order for people in my office - a few iPhones, iPads and iPods, looking for the best price. Out of the few who emailed back Kevin offered the best quote and quickest turnaround and everyone is very happy with the work. Even with the generous discount he still threw in free covers and screen protectors. Very professional operation and will be using again.

My iPhone 5 was dying! Mega Crisis. Contacted KJD and drove straight to 100 Lisburn Rd. The phone was repaired whilst I waited. A new battery was required. I was given a 6 month guarantee. I was also told that if the problem returned within a few days then it would be something more serious which would require talking to Apple. If this happened I was told to return to KJD and they would remove the battery and refund my costs. The Team at KJD were efficient & courteous explaining everything in a way that I understood. There was a steady stream of callers, mainly students, whilst I was there. All were dealt with amazingly consistent quality care. I was most impressed. Thanks KJD for a great service at a great price!

These guys are gentlemen. Absolutely efficient, excellent customer service and very honest. I took my phone (which had a broken speaker) to Timpson's, they looked around but could find no fault - when they gave me it back it would no longer play music (they broke the other form of speakers). I took the phone to these gents as last resort, they called me two hours later having fixed the entire phone (6 months later no further fault with the speaker) and did the entire thing free because they felt bad at how Timpson's had screwed me. I am going back tomorrow with my new phone (apple products, lol) to get a battery and charging dock changed because they are efficient and honest. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are life savers, with two screen crashes in a month, my phone and ipad are essential tools for my business. Their ability to turn around repairs promptly with a choice of repair options and quality of screens it ensured impact upon my business was kept to minimum.
