Today I have been totally blessed with the customer service provided by Daniel and Michael. Their welcome ,knwledge expertise and great customer service was 2nd to none. I also had other issues with my phone addressed with ease and a smile. What more can you ask!!! I even got a discount!! Amazing unforgettable service. They are an asset to your establishment !!!

Absolutely life savers in this shop. I’d never been in before but over the past week or so, they’ve sorted me out with a new phone provider (working brilliantly after previously awful networking with another provider) and I’m awaiting broadband, both at very good prices. Twice they have sorted out issues where I thought I had lost a lot of critical information. Only for them, another shop would have sent my laptop back and all my data wiped. I’m so relieved that I waited to check with fon house first. I honestly cannot thank these guys enough. There is a so much knowledge in this team, they have great patience for technophobes like me and are so pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dee and the rest of the team for fixing my daughters iphone yesterday. Due to miscommunication at the beginning i wasn't 100% happy with the service, however Dee quickly rectified this. He went above and beyond to get her phone back up and running. An issue that wasn't their responsibility to fix (icloud passwords etc). The service was 5 star. Dee also recommended a new case and screen protector which he fitted himself to help prevent future mishaps. Thank you!

We had an iphone xr that had a smashed front and back, we came across Fonehouse Belfast on google and decided to call them for advise. They were refreshingly honest and we dropped the phone in at lunchtime today. We got a call 4 hours later and went to collect, the phone looked like brand new. With discounted tempered glass we were good to go. Price was cheaper than anywhere else we rang. These guys offer a great service, we'll be back when our contracts are up for renewal.

David was extremely helpful and professional when I called looking advice about getting my iPhone screen replaced after an accident. Within 45 minutes it was replaced to a very high standard. David also cleaned out my charging port after I told him I had not been able to charge my phone through the “traditional route” for a few years. Over all a great service and a great local business I have always shopped with and will continue to do so.
