They’ve always been incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond for customers! I went here to get my laptop fixed, after taking it apart to diagnose the problem they told me they were unfortunately unable to fix it as it required a very specific to my laptop kind of charger, they helped my find one to buy on eBay and wouldn’t take any money for their work in taking apart my laptop and putting it back together to diagnose the problem.

Omar walks on water!! I cannot rate this company highly enough! Absolutely fantastic customer service, communication and expertise! We spent the entire weekend trying to revive my dead as a dodo iPhone to no avail. I took it to Omar and within hours he had completely sorted it. He then tried to charge me £5! One company I rang wanted £80 just to look at it! I have never said this before in a review but you really don’t charge enough!! Omar is such a skilled, kind, polite and honourable man. Always use these guys for our phone repairs, great customer service and good prices. Had them look at sons iphone xr with charging problems today, they cleaned the port but still not working. Then opened it to find port, battery and screen had been replaced in past with loose connections. He tightened them all up and it works a treat, he then noticed as he checked it the outer camera lens was missing and replaced it all for free. These guys always try to help doing things like this or just giving good prices

I had reason to visit the shop on 22nd March 2021 to have my iphone battery replaced.......I was very happy with the price quoted and asked if they could put a new screen protector on too........to my surprise they said they would throw that in for free! That was nothing to the shock I had though when they checked my phone and said I didn't need a new battery, it was fine, so save my money as there was no need for it to be changed........in these times for a retailer to show such integrity is incredible, they even put a new screen protector on for free as they'd agreed to do this regardless!! I cannot recommend these guys enough, suffice to say I will be returning for ANYTHING phone/tech related going forward......

Cell tech provided an excellent service especially as I am a senior citizen. I had been to a nearby mobile repair shop as celltech had been very busy. Went in today and asked them to replace the charger port on my Samsung S8 expecting to pay around £40+, instead the guy looked inside it, worked his magic and hey presto it worked, then he said "no charge mate". This is a really excellent shop, with incredibly helpful staff, in particular Omar. I have been in several times, with problems with two different phones, and he has spent a huge amount of time working on them and sorting out all the problems. He was very clear about what he was able to do, and didn't even charge when he wasn't able to totally resolve the problem. Wonderful service, very trustworthy and fair. I popped in yesterday, I had an issue with my external hard drive, they gave me great advice and fixed it within 10 minutes! I was really panicking as I had some important work on my hard drive, but they sorted it out straight away, they didn't even charge me because they said it was a really simple fix. Have a slightly uncommon phone but couldn't find anyone in the Midlands that would fix it until I found Celltech. Everyone was lovely and they fixed it as soon as they could (had to order in the screen). I went in a week ago for a pair of headphones suitable for chatting on my phone but also with good bass. The chap was really friendly and showed me the options without being pushy at all. He gave me a great discount on the pair that I ended up choosing and they are fantastic. Since I was in there I had a look at cases for my S3 and again he was really helpful and left me to make my own decision. Today my headphone jack finally went and my first thought was to go to see them. They were again really helpful and fixed it there and then. The chap noticed that I didn't have a screen protector on my phone and gave me one for free. They are really lovely guys and have been great to me so far. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. My new favourite phone shop, in fact my first ever favourite phone shop!

Absolutely fantastic service. I smashed my phone screen yesterday.. Which meant I couldn't use my phone. Vodafone stated it would cost £204, I'd lose all my stuff on my phone and it would take a week.. With no courtesy phone. I went to celltech and they quoted £95, get to keep all my data and they said it would be done by Friday afternoon. I got a call a day early saying it was fixed! My phone feels brand new. On the basis of today's visit (18/9/16) I cannot fault the service I received. Not only was the young man who served me proficient and informative he was also authentically friendly and courteous. We pitched up at 3.40 pm and it was clear that my teenage daughter was anxious about the prospect of being without her IPhone 6 which she'd damaged. Although the shop closes at 4 pm the young man promised to fix it before closing time, which he did, throwing in a gratis screen protector. There was one member of staff who I saw on consecutive days for a repair and he was absolutely fantastic. He helped me with my iPhone 6 twice when the screen broke and when I had water damage, He also helped out a lot of my family as well and were honest about the level of repair we would or would not need. Absolutely brilliant. Lovely guys who went out of their way to fix my phone super fast for me. I managed to smash my LCD on my Nexus 6P and my provider told me it would take them "up to 4 weeks to assess the problem, then 2-6 further weeks to fix it, dependant on what the issue was". They advised that an independent repair shop may be faster. Used Celltech's online quote service that night, got a super prompt response first thing the next morning. Quoted me a very decent price and 5 working days. Popped into the store and they said they could actually get a screen that day and have it done the next day! Screen is perfect now, and they even managed to keep my phone-skin intact. Would totally recommend.

I bought a new Samsung A70 online direct from EE yesterday. Of course they assured me that if I took the new purchase in to my local store (Kings Heath, Birmingham) their expert staff would transfer contact details and photos from my old phone (also EE), not a chance! I was told they did not have the machine! They advised that I go across the road to Celltech as they had the machine? What a contrast, absolute legends no questions, no commitments no charges. Fantastic service, I had to insist that I bought a phone case of them as a payment/reward. The guy transferred all of my contacts, photos, music and apps and guess what........ you'll never guess..........no machine! Whilst I was there several other customers came into the store and all were shown the exact same courtesy and service, old fashioned service, too rare nowadays. I cannot recommend too highly. I've used these guys several times now for repairing my children's tablets and phones. I think they're excellent. I found their service and manner to be commendable. They've always called before undertaking works once the fault has been found. On the last visit, which was today, they identified a loose screen connection on a Samsung tablet and fixed free of charge in about 15 minutes. Equally, when the same tablet required a new charging port a few months ago, they traced the fault, called me with a diagnosis and price and the work was completed in a couple of days. A fair price for good service. Can't ask for much more really.

Excellent and very helpful staff. My network providers customer service centre advised me to go to the local store to back up my data before I sent my phone in for repair. My concern was the data on the phone would get wiped out before my phone was repaired as I had important information on it. My network providers did not help at all. I went to 3 different stores....all of whom could not back up my data as there was no screen on my phone and also due to "confidential reasons". The chap at Celltech managed to do the backup which took ages. Very patient and dedicated team. Wish I went there sooner rather than going back and forth to my network provider that are absolutely useless. Keep up the good work 👍

My mother had an accident with her Sony Xperia S and the entire screen was smashed. There was important data on the phone and we searched for a company that would be able to fix the screen and not lose data. Before trying Celltech we tried another company who were very patronising and tried thier best to confuse both of us as they clearly thought as women we didnt know what we were talking about. I knew there was something wrong when they quoted us 3 different prices just for the screen and still couldnt promise they could fix it as 'sony xperia's are a rare phone' they had never fixed one. They treated my mom and myself with respect and were open about thier abilities. They made sure they covered everything with us before we paid or handed over the phone. The part for the phone was picked up the same day. We left the shop at 3 and expected to pick up the phone the next day. What they did was amazing customer service. The shop was staying open late and they fixed the phone the same day and said we could pick it up the same day. The phone looks brand new. All the data was saved. They even placed a screen protector on the phone for free and we got a phone case half price. The customer service was fantastic and I would reccommend this place to anyone with phone problems. My girlfriend bought me a Dell laptop from Currys PC World store in Solihull Retail Park on 29/12/17. I had problems loading it up and it froze on me. I contacted Dell support who re-directed me to the Curry support line. The chap from Currys support line failed to get me to un-freeze the laptop so on 05/01/18 I took it back to the store. The "Tech" support people in-store demanded £60.00 for a factory reset!! I obviously refused and took the laptop to Celltech. The technician smiled when I told him, explained that the reset entailed pressing a few buttons and offered to do it for free. What a difference in attitude and customer service. I insisted he take £20 when it was done just for restoring my faith in mankind. Incidentally, even in the short time I was in Celltech I couldn't help but notice how civil and helpful the two guys were with customers. Unsurprising the shop seems to have a good footfall and appears to be well attended. I will certainly be using them if I have any phone or PC problems in future.

One of my friends told me about this shop so i thought i might aswell get my phone charging problem dealt with .So i walk in and got served by a kind young man who welcomed me with a big smile and asked nicely what is the problem so i told him about the problem. I told him that i went to a few shops and they told me to fix it it'll cost you £100 so i asked 'will you be able to sort a cheaper deal' he replied 'i can do a really cheaper deal' and he turned the phone upside down like he already new what to do he picked up a tool and he fiddled with the charging port and took a whole load of dirt out and showed me that it charges now. My Samsung Note1 was showing signs of age and I couldn't load any new apps. I took the phone into celltech for some advice which they readily gave me and suggested I upgraded to a Note3 and could buy one across the way at AVX, I was concerned about losing all my data but I was re-assured that they would be able to transfer the data onto the new phone for me. So I bought the Note3 and took it back to Celltech, when they tried to transfer the data by WiFi it didn't work and so asked me to leave it with them and they would do it via a computer, a few hours latter I returned but was told it still didn't work, then Awass, one of the Celltech team came up with an idea which involved copying & pasting some of the data onto the sd memory card, this was taking an age to transfer, so I took the phone home & returned the next day. Awass was then able to complete the data over onto my Note3. On my own I would have been totally lost. Summing up I cannot thank Awass and his team at Celltech enough. By the way I almost forgot to mention how much all this cost me, £0 ! Yes unbelievably it was totally FREE ! I would have no asatation in recommending Celltech to anyone who had a phone problems. I gave you a 5 star rating but I would make it 6 star without hassatation. Thank you Awass, top man. Regards Keith.
