F. C.I would highly recommend Fone Xchange based on my recent personal experience. My daughter's Macbook was unfortunately water damaged and wouldn't work. Despite it initially looking as if the repair wasn't possible, Zaid at Fone Xchange was determined to see the repair through to the end - bearing in mind that the Apple store had said "no chance". After several weeks of trying to sort the repair out, I got the call to say it had been fixed! I picked my daughter's Macbook up last week, fully repaired and fully functional (like new). I was very, very surprised to read the other review as I can only go by my own experience - as a female also. I have been to Fone Xchange many times and would highly recommend without hesitation.
