N. C.I would like to compliment Midland Telecom on their telephone engineer by the name of Ian Riley. He has serviced our telephones at No8 Barrister Chambers in Birmingham for an excess of twenty years. He has given perfect satisfaction in every respect being industrious, technically talented and perfectly trustworthy. He is the 'Poster Boy' for Midland Telecom. We would have no problem in recommending him to any other company. I would suggest to Midland Telecom they give him a big pay rise and Directorship. We have only stayed with the company for all these years because of the wonderful service he has given us.
