An excellent and outstanding experience. The lady was very helpful and supportive. I bought the tablet in as it had a broken charging port and required it urgently for my daughter. The team worked very hard and had the tablet repaired very quickly. The best service I have ever experienced from a repair shop. The approach and communication the lady in the shop greeted me with was something you don't see anymore. It was empathetic, understanding, helpful, compassionate and insightful. The lady was really polite and even when I requested if I could leave the tablet in the shop to charge as I had no charger at work they very very helpful and assisted me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ALL

I was so pleasantly surprised, lovely helpful and friendly lady behind counter, replaced my XR screen while I waited in a few minutes with a free glass screen protector, only £60 cheapest in the area (I checked others) lovely clean shop, got a brilliant case for £5, even gave me a nice coffee while I waited! Seemed to offer a service good enough to drive to and it proved to be so. Two family phones, one crazed screen committed by a teen ager and one aged battery worn out by his dad! A fast repair and battery change was promised and both were done whilst I found a cup of tea nearby. The price was good too so no nasty surprise there. This is a clean, tidy shop with an efficient and effective workshop behind, friendly helpful people and promises if made are kept. I asked for cards to give to friends as it is worth travelling for this kind of quality! I didn't take photos but their Facebook page is true to life and worth a visit.

Very nice fresh store, I didn’t believe I was in Erdington. I came for a opening day deal for my grandsons birthday. I got a brand new ipad and they also gave me a screen protector and stand thingy for free. The beautiful Aunti was ever so nice and chatty even with many people in the shop and she made me feel so welcome. I promised I would give her a review on google, even though I don’t have google email, so I created it just for you my dear!!!

The quality of the service provided was great. Even if its a harder fix they'll be ready to tackle it. The price was reasonable and they get things done in a timely manner. The individuals who run the place are very hospitable and very friendly. The shop itself looks great. The bright lights and the neatness of it all is inviting. They also provide a 12 month warranty with most of their fixes. They open till quite late compared to most other shops too; till 7 pm on some days. My phone was in a really bad shape (possible water damage, charger port wasn't great, screen wasn't working and the battery was terrible) and needed the data to be transferred across to my new phone. It was a big job with so much being broken on my old phone. They got it done within 2 days and provided the best service. Honestly I would give more stars if I could :) If in need of a repair shop, or to buy a new phone, electricals (speakers, gaming items etc) or accessories (cases, screen protectors, charger wires etc) this is the place to go!

I needed a new phone because mine was old and wouldn’t hold a charge very well. I visited the shop for some advice as I am not brilliant with technology. I was made very welcome and was very well looked after. The owner went through a few different phones with me. I eventually went for a brand new iPhone 11. I was pleasantly surprised with the very good price. They even threw in a quality case and screen protector. I was that impressed I went home and told my wife and daughter. Now they have the same phones, supplied by repair plus. They both had cases and screen protectors thrown in too. Top class customer services and an absolute gent.

I am so grateful to have had my laptop repaired during the lockdown at this extremely outstanding place. They provide high standard professional service, alongside honesty and good value that is and can be affordable. My laptop was not working, windows10 was Not functioning either they did not only repaired it but once they found out an issue, He informed me. They contact you and make you aware of any matter that might concern You or your device. It’s the most high quality honest place I came across after I went to many places and the main point is they are trustworthy and affordable. Lovely people, great store and outstanding great service. Over the years I have been to many mobile phone/laptop/tablet repair shops. Repair Plus is the best I have come across. The customer service is excellent. Been to a few mobile repair places over the past few years and 1 thing they all had in common is poor customer service and lets be honest, not the best quality in terms of repair. The reason why repair centres are cheap is because they get really poor quality parts and this really does show in the repair when you get your device back. Along comes Repair Plus and blows that stereotype out the water!! I must really commend them on their customer service, they really take the time to listen to you, talk you through their diagnosis and repairs process and even give you a courtesy call when the device is ready. You walk into their shop and you really do feel like you’ve walked into a premium tech centre with a decent seating area and I even got asked if I wanted a drink. They seem to sell lots of other stuff like speakers, PS5, Xbox ONE, vapes, fragrance and so on. The gentleman seems like a really nice guy with a good knowledge across all phone ranges and is very friendly and approachable. The lady is very nice (she was the one that offered me a drink) and also seems quite knowledgeable, added bonus is that she’s the eye candy there 😉 - overall fantastic service, quality repair and definitely a returning customer, would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. New shop, I rang this shop after they dropped a leaflet to my house for a replacement battery in my phone. He said for me to bring it in first, as it might not be the battery, but it could be issues with the phone. I visited today, and they even stayed open late on a Friday night to repair my iPhone. I visited this repair shop to ask if they could help repair my iPhone 12. Not only did they repair the phone they helped me understand why I was having these problems. I also bought a vape (great value vapes great flavours!!) while I was in there 😂😂..They took time and care to listen to my concerns. Took my iPad in for repair and received a very professional service from beginning to end. Showed great courtesy by providing regular updates. Only minor issue was the sticky label they used. It was difficult to peel off and left a lot of sticker residue on my iPad, which is difficult to remove.

Everyone that owns a Samsung mobile phone, will at some point will find out the screen is a very delicate part, normally after dropping their phone (as I did). I called many repair shops and even self-employed engineers who came to your house to repair your phone. Some were rude and non-responsive. Most people store many personal and proivate information/media on their phone, and it then dawns on you as to who you can trust to with your device. I spoke to Sharaaz at Repair Plus and found his price to replace my broken LCD screen fairly cheap. It makes you think if the price is low, then will the service be low too? I took the chance of taking my phone to Repair Plus and was very glad I did. I found Sharaaz to be welcoming and professional. I left my phone with him and returned 2 hours later to collect it. I think his wife (apologies if she wasn't your wife) was there when I returned, and whilst Sharaaz was allowing my the glue on the screen to dry off, we got talking. Both Sharaaz and his wife were very pleasant, and even offered me some coffee - thanks for that. I also observed that they both offered the same level of service to other customers that came into their shop. Anyone looking to have repairs carried out to their electronic devices, then look no further, I would highly recommend you give Repair Plus a chance, you won't be dissappointed. Believe me, it takes quite a lot to please me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.

My Huaweis' p20 pro battery got swollen so I had to exchange it. As soon as I entered Repair Plus (at their launch day) I felt so well in the shop because of how the staff behaved. Everyone was so excited to see new customer and that made me feel better about being here rather than at any other place that I've visited recently. Anywho, my battery was replaced unfortunately it did not hold for a very long time (barely a day, whereas my swollen battery held for longer). I came back the next day while breaking my promise about not showing myself with that phone too soon and yet again, without any problems my battery was ordered and replaced the next day. So just to sum up: great customer service and the service itself! :-) plus I got new screen protector as a freebie! Highly recommended and will be coming back with any other problems.

I was searching slade road i found 2 shops for my repair i got a price for a laptop which was very old and got quoted £120 which I found stupid i went further up slade road and found a brand new shop which was really nice i asked the owner what he would charge after about 15 minutes he gave me my laptop back said all done i enquired what was the price he said nothing i was treated to a cup of tea while I waited absolutely first class service and I was made very welcome i know were im going in future
