I’ve been having problems with my kid’s accounts for 6 months whereby their locations aren’t visible when Parental Controls are on. I’ve been to and fro with O2 ‘gurus’ and their helpdesk for 6 months without resolution. I thought I’d try asking in the O2 shop in Bournemouth as I was passing to see if they’d know what was wrong. Super friendly Blue hair lady (sorry I didn’t remember her name) was absolutely excellent. She thought she knew what might be wrong and gave it a go….and fixed it! Amazing! Thank you!

The member of stuff was helpful and polite, I just visited this store for a Sim only, unfortunately I wasn't allowed into store, because of not having a mask... Even though he stood ten feet away from me wearing a mask, I know his just going by what he has been told to do!! but In the end he did assist me I paid and left. Nothing complicated nothing more I can say, 3 stars because the gentleman gave good service, but I didn't feel comfortable as I couldn't just walk into store with free will or even look around felt rushed... But this isn't directed at the member of staff that assist me just to make that clear!!! At least they didn't have that ridiculous government tracing scanning code to keep track of you.

Small shop awith a decent selection of phones available. Staff okay but not interested unless you are going to buy something that makes them commission. Usual for these places. Multi story car park behind and short stay along the gardens gives easy access as well as very close to the square where all the buses stop. If you want something specific then call ahead to check they have it.
