Bilah at Brighton ITech phone repair shop gave an excellent supportive service. He was very supportive and cared a lot about repairing my phone. I would definitely recommend people coming to this store as they will fix your phone or sell whatever you need in the matter of no time. 10/10

Excellent staff, service and customer friendly approach. They resolved my Oneplus Nord's charging issue in less than 10 minutes for which the other shopkeeper asked me to fully change the charging port section on a huge service charge amount. @Itech helped me to save a good amount of money.

These guys are brilliant. I have had one iPad and one iPhone screen replaced on separate occasions. Took only an hour each time and good value. Highly recommended. As we seem to be dropping our devices all the time, I am sure I’ll be using them again soon Highly recommended

Lifesavers. Very polite, helpful, and skilled. My phone android unexpectedly died. I went to three independent second hand retailers/repair centres. This was by far the best. everything fairly priced, great range of options. purchased a mint condition and used smart phone for £55 to ride me over. turns out that they can repair what everyone else told me was dead in a couple of day's time. so I will be back. RECOMMENDED.

Hello and my reasons for changing my review. 1) I must say the customer service is great. Adeel is a wonderful man and he has helped to the very best of his abilities and in his work. Not even 24 hours after the review we were able to help resolve the issue as close as possible and have a really lovely chat. 2) Adeel helped me choose a set of headphones which suites my needs. He was calm patient and accommodating to me. We were able to find headphones at a good price doing both Bluetooth and wired connection. 3) We both were able to discuss the review and talk about improvements and the reasons why in a completely professional and friendly way. I am very happy with the service. 4) After testing the headphones I found they worked up to standard and they look very nice. 5) I found that options were discussed better this time round perhaps due to different factors on both parts yesterday we were not able to fully talk about options. * This is a very lovely place with the best type of customer service you could ask for. I don't know another repairshop and phone case shop which can remember your name and face plus some little random information. It's wonderful knowing that they care. Also they take their reviews seriously and do everything on their power to resolve any issues. Thank you and kind regards, Lauren 😊 _______________________________ The owners and workers of the shop are wonderful. They remember your name and face and they do their best to understand the issue. The faults within the product which I had I cannot say for others, the product which I brought was not up to par. The Google nexus 5 which was for sale I brought I was told that it would get me everything I needed. I discussed the software the update etc. When I get home from the shop 2 hours later the phone doesn't update. I try everything. I go back to the store next day they say they will try and I come back in the day after. I was told there was nothing to be done and it needs to be sent back. The individuals were lovely however the solutions within the store are limited. See they couldn't refund me due to their policy and the replacement couldn't be offered due to the fact nothing was in my price range. Instead I have a year credit within the store. So 6 days after the purchase I am borrowing a phone from family and I haven't got a solution for my issue. I understand they are trying to be helpful but if I am back 4-5 times within the first week and having to use a different phone around the same age as the Google nexus 5 with no issues, I would like to have more support and options. Fast repair, my iPhone Xs screen was fix within 30 mins, staff is friendly, honest and straight forward. in addition, a lot of protective cases and glass protectors are available, would recommend everyone to go here :) :)

I had broken my screen by falling over I went in and the very kind gentleman fixed it well and suggested I get a screen protector and a case as he was fixing it the other gentleman who was just as polite as his boss was very friendly and helpful too So a good experience and definitely recommend you go in if you have a problem or just want to buy an accessory for your phone
