J. M.I went in store to ask about unlocking a phone from the O2 network. Unfortunately I had an hour long wait while 3 members of staff were all in a booth serving one customer and seemed to just be having a chat, this was at 11am so not on a lunch break. I wasn't prompted for waiting once, but I had to stay due to the nature of my visit. Once I did have a member of staff they sent me straight to the local shop to buy a new simcard from a different network provider to check if my phone was unlocked or not, I didn't mind this but I could have been told sooner so I didn't waste any time. Once I had the SIM the phone did not work with it and the staff said that didnt know what to do. Wasting 2 hours of my life in this shop is one of the reasons I'm emigrating. The staff were friendly and the shop was clean however, once I did have someone serve me they all came to help as a team.
