Used to be in st davids centre and had a gaming area. Now that they moved to house of frasier its alot smaller barely even a corner now.

The people who work in game are amazing!! They are so helpful and literally give u the best advice when buying games and consoles. I bought a switch lite for my 6 year old and they literally helped me so much with casing tempered glass things I didn't even think of need till they pointed it out to keep the console in it's best condition to last longer with children. Excellent service and will be back again to purchase more games now I have a reward card on there recommendation. Thankyou

The 5 stars are sadly not for GAME as a company but specifically for a fantastic and helpful member of staff. Rich was clearly already busy and working hard when we arrived to collect our product, yet when it was realised it was missing, then went above and beyond to find it for us. Thank you Rich, you're a credit to GAME and I hope your management appreciate your hard work.

Busy busy shop, but was a lucky godsend, as the 2 games I wanted were sold out both online and at all other stores.....phew for this branch. Click and collected both games the day before, and was served quickly, professionally, and above all politely. Courteous and friendly staff, massively knowledgeable too. If you don't know, just ask, they are always happy to help, even when stressed out with dolts like me.

Well this is my absolute favourite Game location, but I only gave it three stars since it has been closed down or something? All I know is that I went there and it had just become a white cube. 🤷‍♂️

Small shop. Perhaps they should have someone on the door monitoring the amount of customers? with corvid/social distancing and the threat of more lock downs possibly in the near future, best to be safe rather than sorry. Got a good deal on ear buds though.

Great place for buying video games and consoles. They also sell second hand games, phones and accessories for consoles. Stupendously helpful staff. And it also features an "Belong", section. Which is designed for hardcore gamers to play and compete against each other or just have the casual game with your friends. The "Belong" is cheap and worthwhile starting at £5 for 1 hour and goes upwards form there. Only limitation would be the busieness of the shop on weekends.

It's either manic or quiet but the staff here are always enthusiastic and ready to help. Have asked some tricky questions in the past but these guys took it in their stride and I was given really helpful advice! Nicely laid out store with plenty to choose from.

I like Game. The staff are always friendly to me and are able to answer my questions (or at least ask the right person for the right answer). They have a good selection of games and hardware and the gaming area is also a nice touch. Prices are sometimes a little higher than you might find on the internet but the service is better and you're supporting what feels like one of the last high Street gaming shops.

Always a kind welcome here from the knowledgeable staff, and the prices, particularly on pre-owned content, seems to have gotten far better over the past year or so - unfortunately it means I've stocked up on far more games than I have time to play through! Great little store, always try to pop my head in when wandering through town, and if you're a fan of video games I'd recommend doing the same.

I am a regular at this store and in my opinion this store proves all the stereotypes of GAME stores and employees wrong. The staff are very friendly, and will go out of there way to help you out, answer any questions you have, and help find the best product for you. To go into detail of some of the help i have received, i was looking for a certain game that was sold out, the staff went out of their way to ring another store and request they hold a copy of the game for me. Not only did i expect this, it was certainly a very welcome change to "We don't have it in stock.....next". It is a big store (in terms of to the company) so tends to be a testing store for many things such as the new PC hardware range that will hopefully be implemented in stores. yes it is true they will try to up sell everything under the sun to you but a simple (and polite) no will suffice, do not try to replicate the drunk/homeless/rude-customer-on-benefits-who-think-the-world-owes-them-a-living-and-most-likely-don't-understand-or-even-speak-English next to you at checkout and shout at the staff, or anyone trying to help you for that matter. Compared to other video game stores, there is a wide range of games from all consoles (not just PS4 and Xbox One) . Yes it is true that prices tend to be more expensive in GAME elsewhere (including on their website) but the customer service (and warranty) offered is certainly more than enough for me to warrant paying an extra fiver for a GAME....what i have noticed as a regular customer in this store is many complaining about the above, so a bit of advice to those likely to complain over something like that, if its cheaper elsewhere....go and buy it from there then, instead of creating a huge song and dance and walking out in a strop because the staff cannot reduce the price of the product by a fiver, save the staff, store regulars and general public from wasting their time. This store also holds special events such as midnight releases for popular games and gaming nights all of which are free to attend and are posted in store. Also as you can tell I have worked in retail before (a different shop, but just as busy and popular) hence the anger

The prices are a bit high and I don't think it's worth it to pay £5 for 15 mins of a htc vive game when the oculus rift was free. On the other hand though, the staff are amazingly helpful and the new BELONG area is awesome. I've been once for 2 hours and it was tons of fun. And, although I said. The vive prices are too much- I am going back for another go today!!

Very expensive place to get games. Some of the preowned games cost more than what they do brand new elsewhere. Sometimes it costs the same to get a preowned game as buying new in the actual shop itself.
