After cracking my phone screen, Lorenzo & Shane were absolutely amazing!! I checked out the reviews on here 1st before contacting them & I'm so glad I did!! From my initial phone call, to collecting my phone, their service was literally 2nd to none!! They're both so helpful, friendly & professional!! The repair took Lorenzo just over an hour & was completed to perfection, I couldn't be more happy & highly recommend them :) Thanks both, you're absolute angels :)

They should give me a loyalty discount! The staff there are always really helpful I their communication is second to none. Also their Google Pixel repairs come with a lifetime warranty; not that I've tested it yet!

Took in my iphone, thinking the screen was smashed, and fully expecting to pay £100 to get it fixed. Handed it over and headed out to wait for 45mins while it was repaired. Just as I got to the door, I was called back in - the guy showed me the phone with a perfect screen, and held up a smashed screen protector! They could have ripped me off for £95 but saved me a fortune. Good honest guys - go nowhere else.

Cracked my screen very VERY badly and after being spoken to like a child by the staff at Cardiff EE and walking out I made my way to iSmash, and couldnt of made a better choice! Lorenzo talked me through everything, fixed my Google pixel 5 Screen in just over an Hour AND fixed my power input for no extra cost. Allowed me to pay by KLARNA to make things a bit easier on the finances and I wouldnt go anywhere else after this experience. Cannot recommend enough!

This review is for two visits. First on saturday my phone hasn't been charing properly for a while so I bought it in. The staff were incredibly helpful talking me through what the problem could be aswel as the price for fixing it in each case. They were very helpful and informative which made the whole experience much better. Luckily it was an easy fix 5 mins later my phone is as good as new. For my second visit on Tuesday I had previously bought q power bank from their which wasent working. I was again told what the issues could be they ran a test and 2 mins later I had a new replacement powerbank as the one I had bought had a factory error. Can't recommend this store enough!

Absolutely amazing service from Shane and Elliott in the Cardiff store today! We dropped the phone off to have the screen repaired and received a message well within an hour to say the phone was ready for collection. When we returned to collect the phone, Shane went through a load of testing on the phone with us to ensure that all the functions were working correctly before we left. Elliot had done a fantastic job fixing the screen and everything works perfectly now. Highly recommended if you want great service and dont want to wait for weeks to have your phone repaired by sending it away. Thanks again gents :)

Gave these guys a call, clearly very knowledgeable about this type of stuff. Very honest and matter-of-fact advice, which is always appreciated. Quick to order replacement items and the work taking under an hour. Sadly the replacement item was so pricey, the phone was junked instead, but I very much appreciated the quick quote and honest advice from these guys.

Contacted iSmash a couple weeks back to enquire about a Google Pixel 5 screen repair. Although I didn't end pursuing the repair, the team were extremely helpful in obtaining a price for me and estimating repair times needed. They provided me with all the information needed and gave an honest cost analysis view of repairing the phone Vs purchasing a new one. Will definitely use them in future if required.
