Took my fathers iPhone here yesterday to be repaired as it had started playing up. I was very impressed with the personable, friendly and professional staff who were quick to identify and fix the problem (new battery fitted within half an hour). Very reasonably priced and they didn't try to sell me any other gubbins, which definitely adds a star. I went away feeling reassured by the service provided.

Amazing service from Dan and the lovely lady in store (sorry i didnt catch her name) very professional and knowledgeable, the work was done at the highest standard by removing a screen protector that was glued on terribly by different store (round the corner), Fone World is now the only place i will go now and the only place I'll send everyone i know, thank you guys.
