They replaced the screen on my moto G(8) ... which is not an easy job. Completed next day and returned looking like new at the price they quoted. Parts and the two hours labour it took them to do it for £70. What's not to like. Highly recommended

The authorised apple repair place wanted £200 to repair my crack on the phone and were saying there was a chip on the back of the case, (which was smaller than their tiny minds, I mean, you could hardly even see it, general wear and tear stuff), so they upped it to £300 for a replacement phone. I took it here and for a fraction of that price I got a new screen, tempered glass screen cover and a new case all within an hour. Really nice and friendly staff, helpful too! I would highly recommend taking your phone here for repair!

Nokia 7.1 had seemingly faulty usb socket as was having to waggle it to get it to charge and leads worked on other devices. Took to city centre branch where they tried a new usb board and discovered that wasn't the problem. Turned out to be a blown resistor on the main board. Replaced at competitive price and worked a treat, however when I got home I discovered fingerprint sensor not working properly. Sorted it on the spot with no fuss (turns out sensor just needed detaching and re-attaching with the battery disconnected to reset it after changing the main board) and apologised for inconvenience. These things happen with so many models and complexity of phones these days. Seemed very professional, honest, know what they are doing and clearly care about reputation

I broke the screen of my Sony XZ1 compact and got a replacement at the littleover store, however there was a slight problem with the replacement and the littleover store was closed at the time so I came into their Intu store instead and they fixed my problem in less than a day. They were professional and polite and seemed to genuinely care about how they treat their customers. I believe all their repairs come with a 6 month warranty as well which is obviously very useful, and I was told if they weren't able to fix the replacement that they would've bought and fitted a new screen free of charge with the warranty. Would highly recommend.

After visiting a "Genius" at Apple who informed me that my 2 & 1/2 year old iPhone 6 was beyond repair (immaculate, just stopped turning on a few weeks ago) and that I could buy a replacement for £260, I thought I'd give fonegods a go. Very honest guys, efficient and well trained. I went there today because my iPhone 7 wasn't charging. It turned out that the issue was the charger and not the iPhone. Didn't charge me as they didn't replace any parts but they did several checks to make sure the phone was working. I highly recommend this company. Cannot believe the improvement of my laptop speed since they upgraded it. Well worth the expense and he also sorted my iPhone camera at same time. I went to FoneGods to get my Blackberry repaired because the jack socket stopped working. The guy in there was very friendly and kindly explained the problem to me. It turned out that the chances of getting the device fixed were pretty slim as the spare part it needed was no longer officially available. However, the technician helped me to get it and managed to fix my phone in less than fifteen minutes. In the end, he didn't even want any money for it. He was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Just been to the Intu store this morning to replace the battery for my Samsung Galaxy S8. The chap who served me was very polite and friendly and let me wait in store while he carried out the repair. This took no more than 15 minutes and was very reasonably priced too!! Overall, amazing and speedy service and I would highly recommend this place!

4 years ago My Iphone went off unexpectedly and it never turned on afterwards. I took it to apple shop.They said its completely dead and it won't turn on. They offered me to replace it with new phone for £450 as it was outa warranty. Went in today with my Samsung Galaxy A5. It had stopped charging and after leaving it with Phone Gods for 20 mins, he confirmed that it was a battery issue. He said that it was a fiddly job and would be uneconomical to change as it would be around £30 and you can buy a working A5 on ebay for around £60 and so it was not worth the effort.
