Friendly staff and efficient once served. Unfortunately the shop was busy so they were using a virtual queue that was nearly an hour long. I noticed the Vodafone shop was mostly empty which probably tells you which network is more popular.

Good service last week when I picked my phone up. The online upgrade process hadn’t worked properly, they sorted it all out and I got my phone there and then.

I’ve just been in tonight with my daughter as she was having problems with transferring data from her old phone to her new one. The staff in the Derby store were amazing and so helpful and friendly. Her old phone seemed to be the problem but they didn’t give up and kept on trying different ways to sort the problem out of her. After a few failed attempts they managed to get around the problem and I have a very happy daughter again. Many thanks, you were all superstars! X

Absolutely fantastic and caring service in sorting out a complex and unusual problem migrating my existing phone number to my new contract which had gone very badly wrong (not caused by O2 Derby, I might add). Josh Hanlon went above and beyond to assist in rectifying the problem in a patient, reassuring and expert manner and fully deserves a customer service award for his hard work and expertise. Five well-deserved stars!

I cannot rate this store and their customer service highly enough. Fast, efficient, super-friendly service that actually made me smile! Plus everything was explained clearly. The service was about nine million times better than that I've received in London or over the phone.

We were served by a gent called Andy, who sold us an apple watch and a Samsung s10+ he was extremely friendly and helpful, he offered us help and assistance to go through the devices so we fully understood what we were buying and explained everything clearly. Great team at the o2 store intu derby 6 out 5 stars :-)
