Yet again Genius Tech to the rescue! I was stood outside this morning waiting for them to open with a phone that would no longer connect to the charge. Within less than 5 minutes the problem was diagnosed and fixed! Incredibly I was told there was no charge for this. Knowledgeable, helpful staff who get the job done. Five star service.

Phoned in advance to check they had the correct batteries available. They did. Went to get them changed and only had 1 in as other had been added to the wrong package. This was a supplier issue and not theirs. Very quick service and good price

Went in with what I was sure was a broken charger port. Within a minute he had flushed the dirt out, and wouldn't take any money when I insisted - would have been so easy to do the £40 repair. Great sign of honesty for future business.

My phone touch screen was not working, so called GT, was told that it my be the screen but they would check it. dropped it of at the store and again they told me of the choices I had. left the phone with them and returned next day. The engineer had opened and checked the phone, cleaned the screen connections and got the screen up and running. Great News. Friendly professional services, great value for money!

Brilliant place fast service very friendly and helpful. They beat all quotes that i got and showed them. I was vary of this as cheaper doesn't normally mean better but they replaced my broken Samsung screen with a genuine Samsung one and I really couldn't recommend them more. Definitely the place to go

If you have any problems with your phone this is the place to take it too. I read the reviews and got into contact with them and they said to bring it in, i was in there no more than 2 minutes and Dave (who is the phone whisperer i'm sure!!) came out and said it's a common fault with the samsung A series it's all good now... well i was shocked to say the least that he knows so much about possibly anything techy. All i can say is take your stuff to them you will not be disappointed. Thank you for your help today you will see me again.

So pleased I took everyone's advice and went to Genius Tech! I took an iPhone in for repair, on what I thought was a faulty battery, when actually the battery was fine. Apparently it will prob last another year, so they saved me some money! They also fitted a screen saver as i had a very small crack that i hadn't noticed. Very honest friendly people. I cant praise them enough! Dont bother going anywhere else. They cant be beaten! Fantastic service.

Refreshingly honest and impressively knowledgeable. Went in for a screen replacement and chose Genius Tech based on their reviews and website. I was impressed. I observed other "walks in" from screen replacement, to unlocking, to a spectacularly damaged phone that had been run over by a 32tonne tractor and trailer and still works. It's now in Genius Tech intensive care and if it can be saved, I've no doubt, they will. Thank you. Great service and a positive approach. Highly recommended by me as I trust what you do.

Excellent company always strive to go above & beyond to sort any issue you have. I had a problem with my iPhone 6 not charging took it to Apple they wanted stupid money to fix it or swap it for a reconditioned iPhone which I declined. A friend recommended Genius Tech so I took it there & within 5 minutes the phone was fixed & even better they didn’t charge me a penny. Apparently this is quite common & the guys there see it all the time so they don’t charge for a 5 min job that’s just a bit of fluff. Thank you so much really appreciate it guys will definitely recommend & use you again 😊

Managed to break the power button on my phone via water damage. Went in to see if it could be fixed, the staff were lovely and honest - told me that to fix the home button, they would have to take the screen off which could cause damage to the screen, resulting in a heftier cost. Decided not to get the phone repaired, and to just replace it as the difference in cost wasn't large. Thankful for the help!

Tried to fix my phone myself, however this was a total mistake. Ended up taking the phone to bits and then could not put it back together correctly. I need the smart phone working at all times for the business and these guys had my broken phone back together and charged before I could hand over the money. Went in for a screen s10+ he directed me to Samsung as it would be £4 more expensive and I'd keep my warranty plus they come to your house. I've not had many places recommend going elswhere. Honest guys will be going to them if I need any further issues sorting.

Best phone repair shop in Doncaster for fast service. The other phone shops don't want small jobs when you ring them but I took my phone to genius when I got the SIM card stuck in the wrong slot and they sorted straight away! Highly recommend to everyone.

I took my broken iPad there yesterday, after having being quoted nearly £500 from o2 for repairs for a broken charger port (claiming the iPad was bent - definitely NOT the case). The guy that helped me was really friendly and helpful, he checked it over and confirmed my suspicion and instead of taking the iPad and repairing and charging me, (which even though is very reasonably priced) he advised my iPad was still under warranty and advised I see Apple first before putting my hand in my pocket! It turns out it is under warranty and I am now looking into Apple fixing it. So I am very grateful for the help and honesty, and if I do have any further issues (and warranty has been checked first and isnt available) I will be calling this company first!! :)
