Took my phone in to have the screen replaced after I had dropped it. Had to leave the phone overnight as they had to order in the correct part, but was comfortable doing this as they were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. Collected the phone today as planned, no hassles. New screen looks great and is working well.

Got phone repair quickly but they put the wrong colour on, said they tried to call me to check which they never did. Paid initial deposit by card but they made a deal of me wanting to pay the rest on card and gave a sob story about how they get charged for doing card transactions and if i could pay cash.

After a water incident with my phone, I was utterly desperate! The screen started flickering and then the phone just wouldn't start... Went to CK Electronics early in the morning and staff was extremely kind, understanding and so very helpful. By the end of the day I had my phone back. I would definitely recommend their services! Bought a new glass screen cover. Was uber impressed with the way the guy in this shop replaced my previous shattered cover with the new one (no charge) - and with the finesse and slight of hand of a stage magician. Would have taken me ages.

Hali and Ali are the absolute boys. Every other phone shop in Edinburgh were either baffled by the concept of replacing the screen on my Blackberry KEYone or pulled a ridiculously high price out of thin air. Not these gents. Not these wizards of phone repair. A quick bit of actual research, a reasonable price quoted and agreed upon, once the right part was delivered, phone handed in, job done, two hours as stated. Smiles all round. Legends!

Brought my Samsung S8 over with me from Australia, then proceeded to crack the glass on the back. I had a look online and found out that it's just a piece of glass, no components or anything, so apparently not too bad to replace. Thanking my lucky stars I took it to the Samsung store, who told me they couldn't touch it because it was bought in Australia. Went to the Samsung support centre who told me the same. Contacted Samsung who told me that even though it's the same part number, and there are no components involved they couldn't replace it unless I took it back to Australia first as that is where it was purchased. So, passing CK Electronics on the way to work I popped in and asked the question. He laughed and said yes, no problem, it's the exact same part anyway. Charged me 40% less than Samsung said they would have charged IF they could do the job, had the part in two days and then took half an hour to replace it. The phone looks as good as new, and there have been absolutely no issues so far with it. Very happy.
