I wanted my old phone unlocked from my provider for my wife to use. We went to fixit and 2 cheery and polite guys confidently said no problem. For a fair price and a couple of days later, job done. One of them also put in a SIM for her current provider which made it easy to keep her number without a pac code. Great service.

I have been visiting Fix It for a few years now as my son keeps deciding to either smash his screen on his phone or losing it. The customer service in the shop is first class, Farzad and Maz are the most polite, helpful and professional people around. First class service nothing is a hassle to these guys. Price for things to be repaired can’t be beaten for the work the guys do. Just picked up my sons S10 today with a new screen back and front repaired, like a brand new phone👌 I have been in that much i class both as good mates👍 Always willing to have a chat. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone👍 Keep up the good work lads and the great customer experience👍

Was recommended by a friend who had great service. The young guy in charge was very polite and managed to fix my phone within the hour at a very good price. I couldn't see anything on my phone screen and took it to Fix It to ask how much a screen would be, it £100. The gentleman asked to see the phone and it got it rebooted. I asked him if he wanted money to fix it and he said no. Great service and its lovely to know that there's still nice people in the world!

I have used this guy only once to replace my iPhone charger port. His prices are about the same as you would pay anywhere else, you won't get a great deal here - just the going rate. He was slow at fixing it, had to wait over half a day before I could pick up (there are people giving tutorials on YouTube how to do this in less than 10 minutes and they keep stopping to talk). This has been the first and last time I will ever use a repair shop for my iPhone. You can get replacement iPhone parts VERY cheap online (Google them) and there's YouTube videos showing you how easy fixing it is in a step by step tutorial. Shops like these will be obsolete one day because their parts mark-up and labour charges are so astronomical compared to actual cost.

Took my faulty LG G5 to have the earpiece replaced, the guy called my phone, saw is not working, said LG G5 parts are expensive. He asked me to leave the phone with him, I said I can still use the phone with loudspeaker and want a quote then once he gets the replacement part I will bring the phone. I said I can pay the deposit so he can just order the part, he said he will get back to me with a quote. No news yet, the earpiece on Amazon is £10 and £3.50 on Ebay. Might be expensive to him but I am fine with that. No quote after 3 working days. Edit: After more than a week they called me to get the phone fixed. Job was done in one hour. Had I been kept up to date I could had given them 4*ol or 5* if they could get the replacement part in 3 days.

Took my phone to be repaired as i couldn't hear anyone speaking on my phone. The guy told me to come back in half an hour. Went back, dreading the cost and the guy asked me if i ever ate chocolate. I thought that it was a strange question to ask so i replied "ermm sometimes" "why"? He handed me my phone and he laughed and replied "the ear piece was blocked with chocolate"! After we stopped laughing i asked how much i had to pay and he said "nothing"! That man could have charged me anything and said it was a major fault etc but he never. He was honest and very helpful. I went back last week and got served by a woman and she was really helpful too. Would never go anywhere else!
