Service from Alistair was outstanding. I phoned to get my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra screen replaced. Alistair gave me an estimate for arrival of parts and fitting, however managed to get the new screen delivered and fitted three days early. iHome have a professional home setup. Alistair only charged £25 to replace the screen plus parts cost. Outstanding value for money, highly recommended, will definitely revisit if any other phone needs attention.

Phoned up Alastair re phone not charging, he quickly identified the fault and carried out a quick repair, when I thought a new part was required. Great service resulting in a minimal cost when I was expecting a more substantial cost.

Had a problem with my phone charging, followed all the steps online but was unable to rectify myself. After a quick phonecall, I took my phone to Alistair and problem was soon rectified. All of this was done within 20 mins,he has a very good setup and he spoke me through everything he was doing. Very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

I was resigned to once again having to replace yet another iPhone within less than 18months after none of the online solutions worked ,when as a last hope called this firm. Brilliant Service. Dropped my phone off to be repaired About 10.30am on a Sunday and it was ready to be collected around 3.30. If I am ever unlucky enough to smash my phone screen again would definitely use Alistair. Cannot fault the service. Thank you.

At the very last minute, at silly o’clock last Sunday morning, I needed my cracked screen repaired and Alastair was nothing short of AMAZING. He is an absolute professional and clearly takes pride in his job and completing his work to perfection. He was reasonably priced too, very friendly and approachable and very honest and trustworthy. He also fixed my phone outwith his normal working hours, early on Sunday, which I’m extremely grateful for. He didn’t need to do that, and, he delivered service with a smile even though I was technically putting him out - he was so friendly and helpful and delivered absolutely top notch customer service to a very stressed, anxious customer !! I’ll never go anywhere else now - I have already recommended Alistair and I Home Repairs to others and given them the heads up if they break their phone in future, and me being so clumsy (!), I know I’ll more than likely break mine again, so there’s no hesitation in my mind that I’m only going to Alistair now. I wouldn’t go to anyone else anymore. I have previously gone to shops I’ve chanced upon when I broke my mobile (one in paisley on Glasgow road - stay away) but having done my research as I was tired of my mobile actually ending up worse than it was before; I wanted to go to someone who would do it properly. Alistair makes everyone else seem like absolute novices - he blew everywhere I’ve been before out of the water in all aspects : skill, commitment to aftercare, customer service, flexibility, everything. You can tell he loves what he does, is passionate and takes a real pride in making sure a customer leaves happy. Thank you so much, Alistair - please never stop working !! Go to him if you’re considering it - I promise that you won’t ever go elsewhere after you’ve used his expertise, value for money, technical knowledge and skills. My phone is perfect, no issues like the ones that normally occur after you’ve broken your screen - plus he put tempered glass on for a really fantastic price too.
