Took my father in today who had and issue with his iPhone 7 not charging anymore thinking the charging port would need replacing, but after the staff member had a quick look at it while we were in the shop he managed to clear the port out as it was dirt that was causing the issue in less than a couple of minutes the phone was charging like normal again and didn’t even charge for the service I can’t recommend these guys enough I will have no hesitation in using this shop again if I have any issues with any of my Apple devices that I have. Would hight recommend this shop. Had some problems with my macbook, it was in and out a few times. Took my iPad Air with a cracked screen in for repair. Did the job in under 24 hours for just £60. Nice shop and all staff encountered were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Apple wanted almost £250 to do the same job! Top work guys, hopefully never need to come back but will use if needed in future and will recommend to anyone needing phone or tablet repairs.

I first reached out via email to discuss pricing to fix my smashed ipad screen. They were very responsive and helpful, sharing the information I was looking fir. I was able to turn up to their Argyle Street store and have my ipad assessed and booked in to be fixed in less than 5 minutes. My ipad was fixed the next day ready to collectfrom work in excellent working order, and for a very very reasonable price! All staff were very personable and helpful, will absolutely be recommending them to any family or friends looking for a good quality fix to their electronic products!

On first visit to iRepair the fitted a new battery I collected it the following day . A week later it went blank so I took it back and they sorted it while I waited. last week I returned with my sons iPhone 5 & iPod the screens were badly cracked so no problem they fitted new screens and backs. Used the Battlefield Road shop when I found out (to my surprise) I was not insured for my Z3 cracked screen. Turned up on time to pick up but the guy fixing the phone was just coming in with the part. They apologised and did the repair over the next hour while I grabbed a coffee next door. They then took a fiver off the cost so I could get a cab to work. Very, very good customer service and I can see any problems they have are mainly to do with being so busy. Will definitely use them again and in fact I am looking for my wife's old Nexus 7 to see if they can fix the screen.

You only know how good a place is when something goes wrong. We have all our repairs done at IRepair Battlefield and its always been great. Until we had a pricey cracked screen replaced on a new Ipad which resulted in more faults afterwards. Battlefield was brilliant. NO excuses, no questions asked, they took the Ipad back, replaced it again, accommodated us to avoid missing school work, and even stayed open slightly later to get it back on time. My iPad gen 8 wouldn’t update and wouldn’t let me get to the Home Screen. An apple genius claimed the logic board was damaged and they could replace for £270, (the iPad is only worth £300) I seen no sense in doing this and I was close to selling for the iPad for £30 online as damaged. I came here as a last resort. The team somehow managed to wipe and update my iPad, informing me the logic board was completely fine, it’s now running like new. If I ever have issues with my iPhone, iPad or MacBook in future then this is the first stop I’ll make.

My iPhone wasn't charging so asked the guys in the Argyle St. branch to have a look, assuming I'd need a new charging port. Turns out port was blocked, just needed cleaning which was done FOC. Had my wife's mac book air repaired ,fast and professional. Great value for money also, so I took my Mac Book Pro 2012 to get a new SSD drive and Ram upgrade. Can't fault them based on their repair of the rear glass on my S8. They cut the official Samsung store's quote by half and offered a repair turnaround of little over an hour - plus the parking near them is free! They even put a little rush on the job for me as I had to be somewhere with my children. The glass repair was faultless, done quickly and at a very affordable price. Recommended and I'm heading over again shortly to see if they can replace the battery in my son's S6...

Have now visited iRepair at Shawlands 3 times, twice with cracked screen and once with a defective battery. Each problem resolved without hassle and at very reasonable cost. Put off getting my screen fixed for a few months because of the hassle of going without my phone. It was beyond smashed as I drove over it in a golf buggy by accident, chunks of the screen were missing and you couldn’t read parts of it either. iMac was slow and sluggish, wanted to change HDD to SSD, I was quoted £380 by another company, I contacted iRepair. Saad the engineer was very informative and helpful as well, he advised me that my iMac will be done in the same day, I dropped it off at iRepair in argyle street about 11am, I received a phone call about 3pm to say iMac is ready to be collected. All done at a fraction of price of the other company. I’ve repaired my MacBook (from 2008) here twice. Two years ago I got my hard drive changed to a bigger one and computer updated to a newer operating. This time service was fast and had a great quality and I have had no issues with this fix. The second time was a few weeks ago when I got my trackpad and battery changed. The fix was done fast, but both are only slightly better than before and don’t feel fully functional. I was refunded the battery, but the trackpad only starting acting up again recently. Though I would recommend this location for their service speed and quality.

my phone was completely smashed, and so I took it here to get it repaired. the first time i went in, they quoted the price to be £25 to repair the screen, but when i went to collect it they asked for £35. But when they realised I had been told the wrong price, they only charged me the £25, which was very reasonable. The screen looked good as new, however in a few days it had cracked again even though i didn't touch it. So i took it back to the shop, with the receipt and they went out of their way to repair the phone for only £10, working past their closing time. Great customer service and phone now good as new.

More than satisfied, I smashed my iPhone 6s screen, it was still fully functional so I kept it like that for a few months but then the shatters just got more annoying, I definetly wasn't paying £125 at apple and I came across this shop when looking for repair shops. It was the cheapest I had saw for a 6s screen replacement, and probably the best experience I had. I took it into the shop on a Sunday, and it took about an hour to do the repair, we went back to collect and bought a tempered glass with it, the woman in the shop suggested that we check the camera, speakers, proximity sensors etc just to make sure they were all working before I left the store, they were all in fact working and had no problems, however a few days pass and on the Thursday the iPhone shuts off and none of the emergency reboot options worked that were suggested by apple, and it was clear it was a screen problem, we took it back to the shop on the Saturday and they immediately offered a free screen replacement, after it was completed they offered us a free tempered glass as the other one from Sunday was still fully intact on the screen when they were replacing it. I chose to buy a case this time as well, The tech 21 evo case £30 at apple shops or amazon, was only £15 in the shop so I decided to go for that, but due to the fault with the screen for any inconvenience causes they offered half of that price so essentially I got a £30 case for £7. Couldn't be happier with my experience considering the price and previous experiences with other repair places. And would definitely reccomend to anyone, cheapest, fastest and best service I have had at any repair shop.

When I took it into the Apple store they told me that "the screen has broke and it will cost £200 to fix." When I took it to iRepair the technician looked at it and immediately said, "A cable has come loose inside, that will cost £45 to fix." 25 minutes later my iPad was fixed! I used irepair yesterday for the first time to fix two dead phones. 1 phone was a bit smashed up, the other had been lost, found, stomped on and spent 2 weeks in a police station in Kirkintilloch before being reunited with us. The shops also sell phone/computer accessories which are either Apple or of similar style. They also buy /sell reconditioned phones. The biggest plus is the very friendly and helpful staff. I had my iPad screen replaced, very quick service. Unfortunately the button was a bit stiff and they replaced the screen again very promptly and under warranty. The digitiser then developed a fault after several weeks of working perfectly and they were very helpful and replaced it again free of charge. The problems I encountered were not something that they caused but they dealt with them perfectly. Very good customer service. Customer service when things are going wrong is an even better gauge as to the quality of the service and the people at irepair. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs them. Iphone 4s had a earpiece and power switch fault. was quoted £45, which is £5 cheaper than quoted individually, so quids in already. phone was fixed by a friendly lady in Argyle Street. my friend picked up the phone and paid for it at the time with no problems, phone working perfectly now and even came with a new screen protector fitted. I would suggest that a receipt should be issued to customers for security reasons and handed in on collection of your repair. all in all, a great service and have already told friends about my experience. Phoned iRepair ahead of visit & was quoted between £25 - £50 to replace my ipod classic LCD screeen depending on extent of damage when they inspected it. Absolutely superb service, can't recommend them enough. Took two iPad Retina's in Thursday evening. The two lads gave them a quick but thorough examination and confirmed the problems (one smashed screen, one would not power on), took our contact details, and promised to email or phone by 5pm the following day (Friday). Friday afternoon at 2pm they emailed to say both were fixed, tested, and working. When I collected was greeted by a young lady, and was VERY pleasantly surprised at the - low! - price of repairs. Both ipads were demonstrated working. And it just gets better - the second ipad had suffered damage to the frame, so they had replaced if free of charge. All the staff were friendly, professional, and keen to deliver great service. Large companies - and phone shops - would do well to follow their example. All I can is say is 11 out of 10 for service, price, and THANK-YOU! I have a third iPad to repair, guess where I'm taking it! Edit: Took a third iPad in for repair (1st July) and received the usual excellent standard of service. 'Repeat customer', says it all I think. As I queued, there was a gentleman whom iRepair had been unable to help (uneconomical repair), who was shouting at other customers and denigrating the staff as he left, using the term "rip off merchants". On the off-chance that individual posts a negative review, I would thoroughly refute it. I have had experienced nothing but extremely keen pricing and outstanding, friendly, customer service. Apple said they would not repair it and wanted £170 to swap it for a refurbished model with only a 3 month warranty! Don't know what people are complaining about. The Apple Store even tho it is under construction charge an arm and a leg for the most basic repair. Previously instead of trying to fix my iPad they wanted £200 just to replace it, i believe they then send my broken iPad away to get refurbished and the same iPad is resold too people with iPads that come in for a repair. After a quick google I found IREPAIR. The staff member informed me that the issue was just dirt stuck in the port and took five minutes to clean it, after which point it started working perfectly again. I wasn't charged for this service which I greatly appreciated! I'll definitely be going back to iRepair in the future as their prices are great and the staff clearly know what they're doing. Very happy with the service at Irepair. Had problems with taking and making calls on my Iphone 4. Initially took it to the apple store where a was told that it was likely an earpiece problem. I was advised that because of the way iphones were made there was no way to fix this and that because i was out of warranty the only solution was to pay £120 for a new handset. When i took the phone to irepair they replaced the earpiece for £25, although when i took the phone away the same problem was occurring and upon bringing the phone back to the store we knew we could eliminate the possibility that it was actually the earpiece in the first place. Irepair then replaced the jack socket which solved the problem. Would highly recommend these guys.

Very quick replacement of my iPhone 6 battery, and a great price too. My only criticism is that the back of my phone was left with a series of tiny scratches. It looks like the phone was maybe placed on a surface that was gritty - the marks really are tiny but the phone was entirely unmarked beforehand. I’m sure it’s an easy thing to avoid, jewellers/watchmakers etc must have the same issue, use some clean felt/tissues when working on these things? Maybe it was a tool that caused the marks, but something to be aware of especially if handing in a much more expensive piece of equipment. Thanks for the battery replacement though, it’s made a big difference!

Cant fault the service. Dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen was in tatters so got it replaced here, done within the hour and looked great. Unfortunately a further problem occurred with the LCD display after a month, so I took the phone back and the screen was replaced under the 90 day warranty offered. I must have super bad luck because I found a faulty pixel when I got home so took the phone back again the next day. Again hassle free and immediately the phone was done free of charge under the warranty. Same problem occurred with the faulty pixel on the replacement, so was told to come back in and it would again be done under the warranty as it was another faulty part. Due to go back this weekend when iRepair have had a chance to get stock in, but I have no doubts that the service will be as good as before. Super quick and efficient. The 90 day warranty is a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend.
