Excellent customer service. Amazing, took the cracked phone in, 45 minutes later fixed and perfect working order. Highly recommend. Cost is always a shock when you have to replace your phone screen but this business is cheaper than a mobile phone provider. Still get a warranty and it is cheaper than a provider.

Excellent shop. Staff very friendly and really helpful. Took an old Sony tablet in, smashed the screen over 6 years ago. The guys in U Break We Fix are absolutely amazing. I took my phone in with a cracked screen. They had the screen in stock & replaced it in less than an hour. They also added an extra screen protector ontop of the newly replaced screen. The screen seems perfect. There is no issues of the screen not responding & the colours and graphics are as good as with the original screen before it was broken. This is my 'Go-2' phone shop..in fact, I'll drive 1hr to get my phone fixed or advice about what to buy. They go above & beyond to help .. Bit of an odd one, but my TV was unresponsive and slow to act, so I reformatted it through the system options. Then it wouldn't reboot. U Break We Fix wasn't my first choice, because I didn't consider them for the problem. When I did though, they were more than happy to help and if they couldn't, no charge. They kept me informed and when they realised they could fix the problem a different way, they lowered the price of the repair. When I went to collect my telly, I saw another happy customer expressing his thanks for whatever issue he had resolved. Given my experience, I highly recommend these guys.

I cannot fault this place at all. Extremely professional and honest. I took my phone in with a very smashed up screen and was quoted £105 to repair it. I went to collect it an hour later, to be asked if I wanted the good news or bad news. .....well, there wasn't any bad news! It was actually the screen protector that was damaged!! Really appreciate their honesty! So £7.99 later I have a new screen protector, fitted perfectly with no bubbles or issues at all and looks brand new. Absolutely fantastic service.

I took my phone with its smashed screen to these guys, they told me if they couldn't fix it, there'd be no charge. 1 hour later, my phone was as good as new. I recommend these guys to anyone! Very professional and polite as well. (Tip: Go to them before the 02 shop try to convince you it's beyond repair and need a new one!)

Incredibly good service from this shop and all who work there. I thought my Galaxy Note 9 was as good as useless. After 3 years the battery was in a poor state, it wouldn't last a day with minimal usage. Then the charging port began to fail; I would get a warning that there was moisture in the port when I tried to charge it, it would be a 50/50 chance of it happening. Also, the phone was no longer recognised by the PC when plugged in nor output to HDMI and DEX were working. I thought the phone was pretty much scrap or I was facing a huge expense in getting it repaired. I was completely wrong!!! A new battery and charging port fitted and back in my hand less than 24 hours later!! The phone is like new. The price for all of this was a mere £75. I'm amazed and so very grateful to the guys at U Break We Fix.

Took my phone in as the charging port had suffered from seawater exposure earlier this year; after several months, the phone stopped charging and effectively died. These guys quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary spare part. Repair was completed on time and its now like new. Overall, they provided a great service and the repair cost was very reasonable. No phone data was lost. Overall, I was impressed and delighted with the repair. I took my ageing laptop to U Break We Fix to see if they could retrieve Windows 7 which had ground to a halt - I didn't want to upgrade to Windows 10 because I would have lost some valuable software. They had to overcome some major issues created by PC World's repair team who had had my laptop for a month! U Break we Fix fixed it within a few hours. Great service at a very reasonable price by really friendy helpful people.

I called in Saturday as I was just passing. The guy I spoke to was really knowledgeable and pleasant. I showed him my S8+ with a cracked screen and he said he could have it replaced within the hour. True to his word, it was done and waiting for me when I returned an hour later. The price was very reasonable and he even fitted a free screen protector. Obviously, I hope not to have to visit again but should I need to, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I dropped my Google pixel in water. It wasn't working and when I googled removing the battery, as I had with my Samsung, I found it was impossible for me, and indeed two shops said they would risk breaking the phone. Fortunately the phone recovered, except for the camera lens, which was affected inside. I didn't want to risk breaking the screen but happened to walk past U Break We Fix and went in. The guy obviously knew what he was doing and spent time trying out various external strategies. He said this hadn't worked but could replace the lens without removing the back, and ordered the lens. However, I subsequently found that the lens was clear, so whatever he'd done had worked! I am so grateful to this team. I feel that they are trustworthy and fair.

Fantastic service! My iphone X developed a fault where it kept rebooting but failing half was through- a known problem called a 'boot loop'. I took it to the iStore around the corner who said it would cost £600 for a replacement phone- what a total joke! I then took it to U break we fix and they immediately diagnosed it as a faulty battery and it was fixed in 30 minutes for £65- with the assurance that if it wasn't the battery they wouldn't charge me! Thank you guys!
