Neil came out today to fix our daughter’s phone that she dropped in the week. He was able to come out quick, so that she had her phone for the weekend. Neil was very professional and polite and great communication from everyone. Very happy with the standard of the repair, the service and the fact that they come to you for the same cost as in a shop. Outstanding and professional service once again from ArmaFone - Ipswich Asda😎👏 I recently had to revisit the team to have two phones repaired and all the team are amazing, but a special mention about Nia on the ArmaFone team. Her technical expertise is outstanding and her knowledge about another phone problem I had was super impressive! She explained everything in an easy-to-understand way and helped me choose better phone cases to protect the phones, so I don't keep damaging them again😉, together with a silicon screen protector as opposed to glass. Even though both phones were ready same day, I had to call back a couple of days later to collect and they kept them safe. Tahiru was also really helpful and explained the work that had been undertaken. The manager James also came over to doublecheck everything was okay and to thank me for my custom. My family and I have been using ArmaFone Ipswich for a long time and every experience is fantastic - so they are highly recommended!! Don't go anywhere else for your phone/device repairs/advice. They are amazing and offer great value with guarantees and fast repairs!👌👏😍

I called around several places for a phone repair on my Samsung Galaxy s20 with a smashed screen/led (including Samsung themselves). Armafone was my cheapest quote. On the initial phonecall to enquire, customer services were helpful and friendly. Armafone were they the only company I contacted, who didn't insist that they would have to factory reset my phone (which would have been a major inconvenience). They also offered to actually travel to my home (in norfolk) at no extra cost to repair it for me. Now I live in Norfolk, and Armafone are based in Ipswich and Colchester, so it definitely saved me a long trip and pennies for petrol. Neil, the technician who arrived at my home was friendly, super quick at the repair itself, and then afterwards he even offered me the option to buy a gorilla case & hydro screen protector, to protect the phone from future breaks. :-) Overall, brilliant experience & would definitely recommend their services.

I have. 14 month old Samsung tablet, and it’s screen had a tiny crack in it making it useless. Fist of all I took it to Acefast who quoted me £450 to repair, so I was considering replacing it at that price, I then took it to ArmaFone, who quoted me £315, which was much more palatable. The part was ordered and as soon as it arrived they repaired it straight away, and called me to go and collect. Absolutely faultless service, and I would strongly recommend anyone to to go there with your faulty phones or Tablets.

Took my Samsung tablet for a screen replacement. The quote I received was £135 less than another repair shop I had taken it to. I left my tablet for a new screen on the Monday. Armafone said it would be ready on the Saturday and to their word, it was. I went in with my iPhone XS with no sound. The staff were very friendly and efficient and ran a diagnostic straight away and informed me of my options depending on outcome. Turns out the ports and speakers all needed a good clean which they included free of charge in the diagnostic fee which was a very reasonable price. I’m so happy to be able to make calls without speaker phone again and be able to take videos of my little boy. The staff was so quick and helpful and friendly can’t thank them enough or recommend them enough!

I have been very pleased with the cheerful,polite way in which I have been greeted at the desk. My first problem was tackled straight away and fixed with no charge. The second fault was quickly determined and the repair cost structure explained. I was delighted to get an email the next day telling me the job was done. I can’t fault the service with these guys, I filled out the form online (on a Sunday) and by the afternoon had someone phone me up with a quote, I missed the call and the call the next day but t hey kindly emailed me to remind me. When I called back the quote was half of what apple had quoted me, they offered a payment plan over 4 months interest free and booked me an appointment for the next day. They don’t charge for the call out and repaired my phone on the drive in a secure covid manner. The finish is excellent and you’d never know the phone had been dropped. Excellent service from start to finish and extremely lovely staff. Thanks so much for my repair, I will recommend you to anyone :)

After an initial phone to ArmaFone they followed up my enquiry with an email explaining their charges for the work I was asking about. I went to the store to have the work done; they dealt with it immediately, told me it would take an hour and the work was done in that time. In addition to changing my iPhone battery (which was the work to be done) they returned the phone fully cleaned and looking like new. 100% recommend! Brought my phone in an hour before Armafone closed (yes... I was that customer 🙄) with an absolutely destroyed screen, hoping it would be able to be fixed the same day, but expecting to have to come back the next day (my fault... I left it so late!). Service like no other, prices for repairs are great value, this company will come to your home and repair your phone in their mobile workshop if possible, or take it back and drop it off to you when repaired. Brilliant experience... I thought I need my screen replaced but when the technician removed the protector he found that it was only that that was cracked. The only place to go for your phone needs TOP STAFF Iphone stopped charging was bit flakey in the lead up, phoned them and said happy to replace whilst I wait take about a hour and gave me a price which I thought was reasonable Turned up and a member of staff called Tahirul ISLAM came to the counter, explained the above and said he would just have a look. After taking out the dirt from the charging port, adjusting a metal port and used some air in a can, it worked and so far felt like a new charging port with no charge.... the least I can do is put this review on Wish this company all the nest for the future again thank you Tahirul

I was told about Armafone by my customers secretary, who then kindly had my phone sent down to their shop while I was at my meeting and four hours later I collected it, looking brand spanking new. I had a series of bad luck with 2 cracked screens on my iPhones in 2 days. As a desperate measure, I went to Colchester (one of the small shops in the city) to get one of my iPhones fixed. The new screen has air bubbles and a rough surface. I was determined not to go back to the same shop again for my second iPhone. Then I found Armafone website and long story short, they came to me all the way from Ipswich (I live in Wivenhoe) on a Saturday and got everything fixed in no time.
