J. G.I recently sent a MacBook Pro 15’ to Sam to have a battery replaced and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had been quoted a lot from other shops who wouldn’t offer warranties on their work which was something important to me as I’d heard some horror stories online of batteries exploding however Sam was able to provide me with peace of mind in the form of a warranty on my battery and the areas of the laptop that he dismantled!
Overall super happy and will definitely be using Sam again if my devices need repairing!
