Took my phone in yesterday after the screen smashed. Carl (owner) served me and was so professional and said it would be done by the next day, gave a quote and said he would call me. Came back the next day to pick it up and the phone was fixed. However, the fingerprint scanner was still broken. Carl tried to fix this by even taking out the scanner in his own phone for me and spent over an hour trying to help fix it. He has been amazing. Could not recommend enough 🙏🏻 brilliant.

My Samsung S21 phone was having screen issues (green/unresponsive/issues with touch), I was going away on holiday in 2 days so needed this sorted asap, very panicked! I went to Fixitt, the man there was helpful and professional, he ordered in a new screen for me at a really competitive price, complete with a new battery too, it arrived in the next day and he stayed late to fit it so I had my phone sorted for my holiday. The work was expertly done, fast and high quality, proper Samsung parts so it's still in warranty and you would never know it had been touched! It now works perfectly, which he made sure I was happy with before I left by doing lots of checks to ensure it was exactly as it should be. I'm so relieved to have my phone back perfect again. I would not hesitate to recommend Fixitt for any phone repair issues.

The replacement battery was not a rushed job, it was done diligently and I was shown my working phone and battery health before paying. Took a few weeks because the part needed came from China! I picked it up yesterday and my Chromebook is operating perfectly. Got my S7 charging again for a very low price without a full power socket replacement. They were also very transparent that the socket will probably need changing in future due to it's age/wear and tear. Most importantly, my phone now charges again. Excellent and quick service.

Samsung S9 full front and back screen repair for cheapest price around (I contacted at least 15 other repair shops around Liverpool). Dropped phone off and it was repaired as new within 1 hour. Even gave me a phone case and screen protector for free. Then I was shown how all functions of my phone worked in a test mode which was very reassuring. Manager is a truly genuine man and will provide the best service around and give honest advice. I travelled 9 miles to repair shop and extremely glad I did. Went to this shop having tried to get good advice from about a dozen shops. As a self confessed techno phobe, the service I got in this shop was absolutely superb. The gentleman who I assume is the owner (and I assume his daughter), where so pleasant, professional and friendly!! The best customer service I've had in years. It’s fair to see why FixITT is so highly rated on Google. I took my Huawei P20 Pro into FixITT after dropping it and causing the screen to break. Even though Carl was more familiar with Apple products he said he would look into fixing it for me since I had travelled a long way to get to his shop. He offered a very good and honest price and I left happy and with what I wanted. I waited in the shop whilst he carried out the work and observed people bringing in their phones, laptops and tablets from him to fix. This is someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to repairing phones, tablets and laptops and I would highly recommend bringing your broken electrical goods here to get fixed here. My Iphone 7 had a smashed screen and sensor issues. Quoted a price to fix then was told to pay 25% percent less, as issue wasn't as serious as first thought. AMAZING HONESTY. If you've got a problem with a phone or laptop don't waste your time going anywhere else, make this your first stop. I have visited phone repair shops quite frequently over the years as I ran my own business and have had lots of handsets for staff. Always found the experience poor to middling, wish i had found Fixitt years ago!

Absolutely fantastic! I went in to shop liking for a specific phone case. It wasn't available in shop (or others I had been to). The helpful man running the shop assured me he would get me what I wanted for the next day. I was sceptical. I went back the following morning and not only did he have one, he had a choice for me. Second time visiting the ship for repairs, I was high satisfied with the first set of repairs to my laptop and returned expecting the same service. I was not disappointed. Same day repair each time, just a few hours after dropping it off for repairs I received a polite phone call informing me my laptop was "ready for collection". No nonesense, just job done. Their prices are reasonable too, the second set of repairs cost me £10 less than the first, even though it was essentially the same job. It was not their repair work that was at fault, my model is notorious for having dodgy power sockets. Yet they still insisted on dropping the price slightly, given the inconvenience of the situation. I have emailed the laptop company complaining of the fault and they are simply not interested. Top blokes, good repairs, I highly recommend them and would refer friends and family given the chance.

My wife dropped her iPhone 6 down the toilet and completely killed it. We tried the mythical rice trick - of course this didn't work. A colleague recommended Fixitt, so I dropped it off as a last resort, pretty sure that we were facing a hopeful insurance claim or in the worst case paying for replacement. At 5:10 I got a call telling me they had fixed it. When I said it would be touch or go if I could get there by their 6pm closing time, they offered to stay open until I got to them. When I got there, the guys were lovely. They explained exactly where the toilet water had got in and how they had to replace the screen unit. They also took the time with me when I unlocked the phone to make sure that all of the different sensors, cameras, and speakers were fully working. I've use phone fixers before in other parts of the country who I've been happy with, but none has come close to the speed and expertise of fixitt. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Here is a store that really does seem to care about the customer. I had a broken fan and wifi on my laptop. They solved the fan issue quickly and gave me a wifi dongle to get me through the rest of the day (as I needed my laptop for some things) the next day they fixed the wifi.
