Really great store, very clean and covid secure - when staff weren't busy they were cleaning down from the customers before me which was good to see. I was in to look at upgrading my phone from an iPhone 8 Plus but was happy with what I was paying per month on my current phone & didn't want to go much higher. I was originally spoken to by Dan at the front door & then sat down and spoke to a VERY lovely guy called Steve. Steve talked me through all my available options for upgrading as well as how best to insure my phone as my current one was cracked & couldn't afford a replacement through Apple. I was recommended to visit o2 Kirkby by my friend who had previously been in a week before and served by Leah & Leigh & she couldn't recommend them both enough - plus it saved me a journey into Liverpool City Centre. I walked away happy with a new iPhone, only paying £5 more per month, fully insured as well as being told I would get free Disney+ which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend o2 Kirkby as a store to visit as you don't get fobbed off & all the staff are really pleasant to deal with - especially Steve ;)

Thanks great deal, and hopefully a new town centre , with morrisons , places to eat , and finally a cinema. Only come to kirkby once a year to get my specs from specsavers kirkby
