AMAZING SERVICE.
Very quick turnaround (they only send to Croydon for repair) and efficient. Kristian fixed my laptop and it was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend their service as opposed to Apple stores (their turnaround is 15 days minimum as they send macs abroad for repair). I hope my laptop doesn't need any further assistance but in that case I'd definitely use Amsys again.

I cannot praise Amsys and their staff anymore. If I could rate out of 10, they would be 12.
I work down the road and dropped a broken pair of AirPods over on the Wednesday less than 24 hours I was picking them back up again and they were better than when I first got them from the phone company I ordered from.
Kieran and the team are quality and as long as you don’t lie about the damage to your product they have you with quick and effective service.
Don’t believe the 1 stars these guys are top quality.

Top service from these guys. I needed a battery replaced in my old MacBook Pro 2015 and the Apple store in Covent Garden told me it would take 10 days! Couldn't believe it (anything to do with the release of the new MBP's by any chance?). Anyway, they suggested I try Amsys. Amsys were a bit more expensive than the Apple store but they turned it round over a few days and kept me informed all the way by email.
I notice that they have had a few bad reviews in the past for customer service but they seem to have lifted their game.

After I red the reviews about every Apple official service centers, I was in shock and didn’t know what to do.) But I took a chance and chose Amsys. Since first call, everything was polite, nice, clear, understandable. After they took my laptop I have received an email that it could be delays because of situation with COVID, but still the whole process took for me about 8 days!! And I even didn’t know that something is possible to fix with warranty the Amsys’s Team advised me about that and I didn’t pay anything for my issue! Very good experience with them! Well done!

My new go-to Apple guys - way better than the Apple “genius” experience. A little shop in Soho full of real people that know their stuff and are approved by Apple. Appointment booked via Apple for the next morning. Booking in process was not a digital experience but one where I actually spoke to someone and they understood my issues (being without my laptop). They were able to perform a screen repair under warranty with Apple genuine parts on my MacBook Air quicker and more efficiently than the behemoth that is Apple. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely excellent service from Leon. I popped in this morning after a visit to the Apple Store on Regent Street with a Macbook that needed a new battery. At first I spoke to a guy who seemed like he was training and didn't quite know all the information, then Leon helpfully took me over. Listened to what I needed in terms of timescales, worked hard to get the price quoted down to match Apple's, really friendly and helpful. It's so nice to meet someone who is so good at customer service, Leon is a true professional. I didn't have a wonderful experience at Amsys when I used you last time, but my faith has been restored and I'm looking forward to getting my machine repaired.

Amazing service from both people who served me. They fixed the issues with my Macbook, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They managed to recover all the data and advised me on what hard drive to go for in replacing it. I am super happy with the job they did, my laptop is waaaay faster now and they gave me a very good deal on it price-wise, as well as a student discount. My laptop was back to normal within days. Additionally, no need to book an appointment a week in advance like the apple store!!

I have been here twice and both times the service has been amazing. I walked in with no appointment spoke to Dario and he fixed my Macbook Air on site within 20 minutes. Very polite, professional. It's perfect for me as I did not have to go to Apple at regent street and queue for three hours. Which I have done before but no more!!!!

Staff seemed knowledgeable and there was a clear price list for pretty much every repair you could imagine. The ability to complete a repair without too much of a wait is a godsend and there's also a good range of refurbished products for sale. They offer a good service in the area.

I had a very pleasant surprise on visiting this service centre. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. They outlined the process and the costs very clearly. After providing me with the service, there appeared to be little wrong with my Macbook so they charged me NOTHING. If I have another problem, I will certainly return here. The free refreshments was a nice touch too. You also get to listen to wicked sounds while you wait. THANKS TO ELIJAH!

Great help, same day. After a week of calls with Apple that got nowhere, I got an appointment on the same day with these guys. Great help from Alma, who got my Mac book up and running within the hour (had previously been frozen during El Capitan install). Great service, would recommend.

I understand the frustration of the last reviewer and I too had to wait but I did find the front staff, calm, courteous and above all else helpful - I didn't have an appointment and so had to wait along with a few others. The front staff do the best they can with what can only be described as non stop incredible demand. I don't believe they could have done any better than they did. It's easy to rant and rave about it and no one wants to wait in London I know, but its not easy handling that kind of pressure.
My problem was our man mac HD had failed and all our back ups were corrupted so after 15 years of running my business I was about to lose everything.
Once I got to the front Dario looked after me - bench testing the mac straight away and whilst I was there. The hard drive was broken so data recovery was recommended. Their estimate was 3-4 days but Dario took ownership of the situation and ran the data recovery on the Saturday and by Monday morning he'd got the data folder off that I so desperately needed. By Monday afternoon I was back up and running. I'm writing this review because I want to say thank you - esp. to Dario (who must have seen the fear in my eyes) - and to the last reviewer I say 'you should have waited' you won't find a better bunch of people.

When I got my macbook air back, it was missing a screw at the bottom side!! Now I observed this only after 6 months by accident and since I live alone there is no chance of anyone else removing it. It was certainly there before I sent my laptop for repairs. I suggest you check all the screws before leaving the store.
The staff are friendly and professional though. I initially put a one star just so this post draws some attention in the midst of awesome reviews. Let others learn from my lesson. But now, I put a three star.

Amsys are brilliant. I am a freelance designer and need my computer for my work. Steve realised how important it was for me to have my computer and managed to get it fixed even when they were very busy. I can't thank your company enough, you really saved me! Customer service is great in this shop, they were very quick and friendly. However I feel I should share this experience. My MacBook screen display was broken (wobbly color lines) so I brought it in. They told me it was accidental damage, impossible to cover under warranty and would cost: 416£ plus 82£ service. I then went to the Apple Store in Regent Street, where they told me the parts were: 386£ incl. VAT plus 70£ labour. So overall it was cheaper in the Apple store. In addition after a more thorough inspection they found a defect in my screen's film, so they are going to repair it under warranty. My advice would be: always go to Apple first! And if they don't offer good conditions, go on to another provider such as Amsys.

I went in earlier this week for some help with my MacBook Pro. The staff are very professional and friendly. Elijah was seriously amazing and was very dedicated and gave me some really good advice! Also they're very transparent about what they'll do and their prices (which are pretty fair compared to other Apple authorised repair shops in London). And they give you access to free tea/coffee and drinks which is a bonus! 10/10 would recommend if you need help with your Apple device.

Amazing service and advice - will definitely go straight to amsys next time! I was sick and tired of spending house onto apple support chat and waiting over a week for an appointment, and having been recommended to go to Amsys for a service last time I went to apple I decided just to go straight here this time. My laptop was practically unresponsive and after doing countless tests with apple support, within 5 minutes of arriving at Amsys the could tell me exactly what the problem was. A couple of hours later my laptop was good as new, a new hard drive in place!

A very professional, courteous staff member took time to listen to and understand my situation and clearly outlined the store policies and my options, allowing me to make the correct decision regarding my repair. My MacBook Pro was overheating and display was starting to turn off from time to time so I stopped by at Amsys at lunch break and they had a look. Philip was very patient and had the best approach, very professional and quick. Problem solved and they also replaced 2 missing screws on the back cover. I will be back here if I run into other Mac problems.

I bought a MacBook Air 3 months ago which now refuses to boot up. John Lewis offered a 28 day repair & sent me to Apple 🍎 who were seriously charmless & offered my a 3 hour wait. Amsys were lovely, professional, calmed me down & set to work fixing the broken disk on my laptop straight away. Highly recommended!

They seem to service most Apple products and I was recommended there by an actual member of staff at Apple because they were to busy to take a walk-in, so I'd say they're pretty legit.

Had a meltdown with my Mac with some virus and fraud. Didn't make any appointment but being able to just drop-in. The technicians Leon and Dario were super friendly and had a quick look at it in just 10 mins and all sorted with no CHARGE AT ALL! Brilliant experience, service and would totally recommend it if you have any problem with anything-100 out of 100!!!!!! IT problem is always a pain but they have us covered.

Took my phone in for a simple screen repair and some mistakes were made with communicating when my phone would be ready, leaving me phoneless for a full 24 hours which was unplanned and pretty difficult from a work perspective. However, Amsys took ownership of my complaint which I appreciated. The screen itself is like new, and they seem to have broad knowledge of the many ailments of Macs and iPhones.

Having had my iPhone screen broken for a while, I decided to fix it and i was pleased at both the customer service and how fast my mobile phone was fixed. Unlike several other phone repairs, Amsys is not only trusted iPhone repairers but they also fix your mobile with guarantee showing how committed they are to providing exceptional service and quality repairs.
The fixing price is also fair.... at least it pays to pay a little more for that extra better quality service.

I came in with a broken Macbook Air - the keyboard and the trackpad weren't working. Elijah was extremely honest and helpful. He said it would cost around 400 pounds to fix the problem...considering that I had already spent 300 pounds to try and fix it at a different store, I simply couldn't afford that. He then recommended that I buy a wireless keyboard/mouse and use that. I quickly did that, returned to the Amsys and installed it with Elijah's help. I am extremely thankful for the help and recommend Amsys and Elijah to anyone who needs help with their mac.

After going to the apple store with my macbook pro, and being told i had to take an appointment in 5 days, i went to Amsys where i had an amazing expérience. Janine Harris welcome me right away with a smile, looked at my computer, took it to the workshop in the basement, repaired it ( reset of the battery was needed) , then did a check-up of the computer... 30 mn later, i was out of the shop with a working computer and for FREE... i did not know that free service existed anymore... I offered to put some money in the Staff box ( did not exist), or buy some mince pies, but the offer was nicely turned down. So i strongly recommend Amsys and Janine. it was a breath of fresh air...they are efficient, smiley, courtuous, and quick....

Excellent customer service!! I recently went to the Apple store, Stratford to enquire about my Mac which had no power and had waited about 40 minutes before I was acknowledged and then the service I received was below par, after that I decided to find help elsewhere. I searched on google for a Mac repair store and found Amsys. Almost as soon as I entered the store I could tell the contrast in service compared to that of the apple store. I was greeted by Leon who immediately came to assist me, he had a look at my MacBook and listened to my queries and within no time my issue was resolved.

Fantastic experience with these guys today.
My Samsung Note 8 had burn in lines on my screen. I kept putting it off as I wasn't ready to part with my phone for a couple of weeks and didn't have the time to visit a Samsung store.
Anyway, I thought best I get this sorted before my Warrenty expires and planned to get the phone sent off by the end of the week.
Having given Samsung a call yesterday, they offered me an "express service"
Apparently, they collect, repair and return all in the same day. I wasn't convinced. Although the Samsung rep wanted to collect yesterday, I had to back up my phone and did so yesterday evening.
Anyway, they booked it in for today and said somone would be at my office to collect at 9am.
9am and the courier was at the door.
By 11am I was emailed and advised that the phone had been repaired by Amsys and is on its way back to me. By 1pm, I had my phone back. I was blown away!!!
So let's look at the work that was carried out by Amsys. We'll it's obvious the screen and housing had been replaced. It feels like I have a brand new phone. Very pleased.
A real shame I didn't get to thank the technician (at the Covent Garden branch) that fixed my phone in person.
