it’s probably been 8 months since i got my phone repaired here, just wanted to leave a good review as the service was so good. My iPhone 7 Plus has a bit of water damage from being too near the shower. Apple’s charging ridiculous prices for a fix, and i didn’t really trust other shops to service my phone. Long story short i paid £75 and got my it repaired within a few days. Had no issues since - typing right now on the same phone. 👍

My Xiaomi mi 10 was broken, this service center repaired it in a very short time in a perfect way! Now the phone is as good as new! The screen of the mi 10 is very difficult to find, but the technician was able to find the spare part in the shortest possible time. He also put on a new back cover! The speed and quality of the service impressed me so much by convincing me to repair all the other Smartphones that I have broken previously, now they all work perfectly and the price was very low! In addition, the staff is very qualified and friendly. I'm satisfied! Thanks!

I was reluctant to bring my phone in for repair to any shop except apple but this store was the best decision I could have made. I went in to repair my iPhone xs max as the screen was totally smashed. They looked at my phone and showed me the price on their price list. It was way cheaper than apple so I asked about quality. They explained the screen is not the same as a genuine screen, but they could fit a genuine if I wanted one. The screen they fitted was a replacement. The colours were exactly the same as my old genuine lcd and I've been using this phone for over three months now. I've had no issues and am glad I chose this shop to repair my iPhone. The staff are also very knowledgeable and explain things without being too technical I felt welcomed and was confident these guys knew what they were doing from the moment i walked in. Defo recommend them if your thinking of getting your phone repaired.

My daughter broke my iPhone 11 pro this morning. I went to capital connections and spoke to sajid. He passed me over to one of his colleagues who was able to pin point the problem I was having with my phone. They quoted me 30 minutes to repair my phone. I left the store thinking the price may be cheaper in a smaller shop. But to my astonishment, the other shops were the same price or higher. Also the other shops did not give any guarantee or warranty if you may. Capital connections gave me a 90 day warranty with my repair. I went back and they booked in my phone. They did a comprehensive test before taking it in. Which meant I had everything in writing on what was working. I also gave my password as they asked for it but I wasn't sure if it correct. 30 minutes later my phone was repaired! And again they did another comprehensive check to make sure it was working as it should. (Luckily my password was correct!) I am very surprised that they were able to repair it so quickly. All the other shops I went to said it would take 1 to 3 days. I suppose the other stores don't have mobile phone repair technicians on site. The whole process was made easy and simple for me they did all the work and gave a personal touch. I do all my shopping online. But this was something that had to be done in person. I had literally forgotten that feeling of shopping in store. I have lived in stepney green for almost 4 years and this was the first time I came here (and it wont be the last!). I hope I don't break my phone again! But if I do, i know where to go! Big thank you to sajid and his team.

Hi, I booked an appointment to get my samsung charging port repaired which would cost £60. The engineer looked at my charging port and said there is nothing wrong with it, it just needs a clean. It would cost £20. He took it in the shop repaired my charging port and came back out after 5min and showed me how to clean it for future so I dont waste my money. He didnt even charge me for it even though I offered to pay him. Hes reply was, "I'm not here to rip you off, we here in the shop are honest and if I am honest with you then my business will grow, If i rip you off you will never come back". Hes reply was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this shop, they are trustworthy, fast and professional. Thumbs up guys. Stay safe during this pandemic.

Popped in hoping to get some advice on how to fix my phone, got great advice on what to try first before they go ahead and open my phone (still under original apple warranty). Felt like I wasn't pushed on a repair that wasn't in my best interest which makes me feel great about coming back should I ever need an actual repair. Can not recommend them enough! They were happy to take on my phone, despite it being a risk-averse brand. They dealt with it professionally, speedily and with empathy. They ran into an issue where the screen malfunctioned during the repair process but solved this for no extra free. Although profit is the ambition of every business, it is refreshing that this business truly take the customer into account and don't trap you into a viscious loophole of 'terms and conditions' - they simply try their best and succeed with outstanding results as in my case. This phone shop has been around for 20+ years and we know why. Excellent in service and products, which is so rare to find these days. This is definitely the best mobile shop in London, most likely in UK and very likely in the World. Saj, the manager, always has time to attend to the customers' questions, always has time to help and to have a laugh as well. He is a very skilled multi-talented guy who knows about everything tech-wise. I have used this shop for new purchases and for repairs and they are equally good at all services. I strongly recommend this shop as the first port of call in an event of a broken phone, they will either repair it or in the worst case scenario they will extract all the valuable information so you don't lose any contacts and conversations on whatsapp and other apps. Great customer service, went there Friday afternoon, they were just about to close for lunch, but before they went they asked how can we help. I had an issue with my iPhone they fixed it before I could blink, saved me going to apple which would of probably cost more. Sajid is a friendly, knowledgeable and upfront kinda guy who I feel takes an honest approach to his business. There is a clear price list in the window so you know your not getting ripped off (the cheapest I’ve found so far in London!) His service fast and professional (I got. A receipt. From a phone shop.) His advice was genuinely in my best interest not money making. For example, I got my type of iPhone wrong so was going to pay £35 to fix the screen. Instead of taking my £35 Sajid quickly told me it was wrong and to only pay £25! I got tempered glass fitted for £10 and it’s already survived a fall. It was fitted well with no bubbles etc. I got an iPhone charger, then had a new one arrive on amazon as a gift so took the Capital Connections charger back and got it refunded no hassle, no questions, just done. I brought a phone case on the cheap (£5) and it’s decent! Doesn’t look cheap at all. Today I’m going to get my charging port fixed. It’s nice to know I don’t have to go into lots of phone shops asking how much, I can save time going straight to Sajid and get the cheapest price without haggling. Thank you for being so honest and cheap :)
