Pros: - Very quick repair (when the parts are in stock) - Guys working are nice and friendly Cons: - Ordered part online and booked appointment but part wasn't there when I went so had to come back the next day - Screen repair involves lots of sellotape afterwards to let the glue set which I can only imagine is going to leave lots of tape gunk to clean - Didn't install a screen protector as part of the service after removing the broken screen

Had an emergency with my S10 I called got a quote and rushed over, they swapped the touch screen, battery, back screen, the sides, cleaned everything and where very helpful! Today called them because battery wasn't charging up to 100% all they said was "come and we replace straight away" true had to go to the store but took them 20 minutes, time of a coffee. Hello everyone! I had one issue with one of my Xiaomi earbuds , one of them did not turn on any more , I went back to the shop without expecting much , the boss and his friendly colleague tried everything to make one earbud work they even give it some electroshocks to make it happen but unfortunately it was "too late". As I was getting ready to get out from the shop with the same problem that a came with , the boss took the best decision and he took in charge the faulty ones and I get out with a totally working ones. Well that's what I call Local trust, thank you so much guy's , amazing customer skills and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone around the area and out ! I had a couple of problems with my 2014 MacBook. air- it did take a little back and forth but the guys in there are really friendly, really helpful and while the repair was more expensive than I had hoped- it was a VERY fair price for what needed doing. Now, almost 6 months later my computer is still working beautifully so I am very happy with them.

My experience with Fix Local was brilliant from start to finish. I required my Samsung S9+ headphone jack and the phone charger port replacing. The gentleman who served me was very professional, polite and promising. I will be honest, I visited few mobile repair shops getting repair qoute for my phone. I went in on Thursday to have my phone fixed. They immediately arranged for the spare part to be procured and I returned back on Saturday to have it fixed. BEWARE: Book online to secure better prices. I booked a screen replacement online for £39 then went into store. On arrival, I was quoted £55 for the same thing. They honoured the online price (so they should!) and completed the work quickly and to a high standard.

The staff here really seen to know what they are doing as they managed to identify what was wrong with my phone (liquid damage issue) and managed to fix it very quickly. My iPhone screen wasn’t allowing me to unlock my phone but this was all corrected within an hour. A new screen was put on and a glass screen protector added in for free! The keyboard of my surface book 2 was broken due to liquid leakage, and I got it repaired here. Surface book 2 is really hard to be fixed as it is assembled using super glue, and Microsoft UK refused to repair it as I bought the laptop in China, hence I came to Electroclinic. Their repairing speed is amazing, and my laptop starts working again in a day. Eventhough there are some small scratches on my laptop, it seems unaviodable. The price is a little bit expensive but it's worth it. The staff is really professional. Thanks a lot!

Incredible service! I went in at the weekend with a damaged phone key after being quoted 50 quid and a 2 week wait to repair it by one of the major phone retailers. They fixed it on the spot and as it was just a matter of popping it back into shape, the amazingly kind guy who served me refused to charge! I also bought a very phone cover for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service - you can be sure they will charge you a fair price for any work done! They are clearly not in the business of ripping people off. I wouldn't go anywhere else in future.

My screen was slightly faulty and i did have to return to get it re-done but i was given no hassle and it was done within half an hour, as they said. What a fantastic service. I took my Canon DSLR is for a repair which was quoted at £200 by other stores. EC not only gave a free valuation but managed to save me well over £150 with their professional and speedy repair...even on a bank holiday weekend. Highly recommended. I had a problem with my phone and got it fixed somewhere else in the area but after some time the problem happened again, I took it to the place and they wanted to charge me again so I came to this shop. Firstly they did a complete diagnosis for free then they let me know what was the problem and how much it would be. I got my phone fixed and it has been months that the problem is gone and my phone feels like a new one. They gave me warranty as well in case the issue appeared again to fix it for free.

I went to fix my Samsung phone yesterday and Andy was serving me. He told me what the problem was with my phone and that the original parts for my phone are quite expensive and if I really wanna repair there are Chinese parts as well which are £100 to £120 cheaper but he would not recommend it as they are not originals. My hero the manager at the clinic sat me down and diagnosed and fixed it in 10 mins. He then refused to charge me for replacing my battery and I purchased a charger and et viola all fixed. These guys are absolutely amazing and honest, a complete find in the field of computer and phone repair shops. My Macbook Pro was seemingly dead. I was expecting to have to leave it somewhere for a week, pay an obligatory diagnostic fee, be charged loads for replacement parts etc. I was even considering just buying a new one and being done with it. I brought it to Electroclinic and was seen immediately. The extremely cordial and knowledgeable guy at the counter flipped my Macbook over, undid the screws at the back, tinkered with the inside for a few minutes, gave the whole computer a clean, flipped it back over and magically it was working again. I asked him how much I owed him (and believe me, I was happy to pay considerably seeing as I was expecting my computer to be out of action for at least a week)- his reply "don't worry about it, happy to help" !! He could easily have booked it in, claimed there was some serious motherboard problem, etc, and I would never have known. Instead he fixed the issue directly in front of me and didn't even charge me! He explained what the problem could be, suggested I keep an eye on it, etc, and I went away happy. So- a couple of weeks later the problem happened again. I brought it back in and the same guy said he'd run a proper diagnostic. I left it with him for a day and when I came back it was working again. He suggested some possible solutions to avoid it happening again. when I asked him how much it would be for him to fix, he told me that Apple had some issues with this model and that I should first call Apple to see if it was covered by a product recall on the faulty video card as they would then fix it for free. I called Apple - he was totally right - and now Apple are going to replace the video card free of charge. When I asked him how much I owed him for the proper diagnostic (and great advice re: Apple), he again refused money staying that it wasn't a big job! Basically this place is amazing. They will only charge you for what is really needed. I haven't given them a penny yet as they keep saying it isn't necessary. They have got a new customer for life. Really couldn't recommend more highly. Total professionals.
