Great service from Fone Doctors, who replaced the screen and battery on my daughter’s Samsung A21S in record time, with a genuine Samsung service part, and it is now working perfectly again - all in just over 2 hours from drop off to collecting. Not only do they do a great job with phones; they will also keep your kids entertained — on hearing that he likes smashing things, they even gave my little monster (6yo son) a broken iPhone to take away and smash some more! My son has found his favourite local business! Thanks again Fone Doctors. We will come back again - kids as well!

Similar to their phone repair service, the computer repair team were both amazingly friendly and extremely fast. My MacBook had severe software damage when I took it in. Matteo was very helpful and informative about what my options were in terms of fixing my cracked screen, price is £58 for glass change and if the camera/microphone is broken I think its £88 which he explained to me upfront. I have to say when I walked into this small shop I didn't know what I was facing or are they capable of providing good service, this shop looked to casual to be pro. However I was wrong, perfect job all around. I was convinced this small shop can do a good job by just having a short conversation with one of their technicians "Matteo". He provided me with a tracking ID and a proper repair document receipt, he emailed me and informed me of the repair progress and called me after the job completion. I have to say I could pay bit less to get the broken screen replaced, however Matteo was very talented and fone doctor provided me with 6 months guaranty on the screen repair. These guys did a fantastic job of fixing a software problem with my HTC One M8. They also worked out how to upgrade the whole phone to deliver higher resolution audio (Harman Kardon edition). The engineer (Matteo) spent his weekend researching the issue so that he could ensure the upgrade was robust. They exceeded all my expectations and the price was also extremely reasonable.

Repairing phones/tablets is a tricky business even for the professionals, that's presumably why Apple often just replaces instead of attempting to fix. If you're prepared to go back to the shop if the fix isn't perfect at first, you'll find they are very happy to sort it out for free. That's fair enough in my view: I have had an LG Optimus with a broken screen and went out of my way to find the cheapest price which I got here. A month or so after they fixed it, dust started to accumulate behind the screen so I brought it back and they fixed that for free, it's been good ever since. Then my brother's Nexus 7 tablet fell down and the screen broke a bit. He continued using it but at times the digitiser wouldn't recognise touch events. Again I brought it to fonedoctors and they replaced the screen and digitiser. After a while of usage we noticed that when the tablet was lying flat on the table, the digitiser was still not working properly so I brought it back and they fixed that, again at no cost. I've brought a couple more phones from friends and was equally pleased. Just yesterday a friend of mine who had spent time trying to fix his phone himself to no avail brought it to fonedoctors and is very pleased.

Matteo @Fone Doctors is an incredible person and technician. I had an iPhone 4s which had been run over, no backed up data and a new iPhone 5s. Matteo repaired my 4s, recovered my data, transferred it to the 5s, helped me navigate O2 to upgrade from a micro to a nano sim. All within a few hours. He gracefully resolved an horribly stressful time!! I walked away with 2 operational phones and protective accessories for both. Can't thank him enough. Becoming recently self-employed the worst aspect has been finding reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable IT assistance. There are a lot of rogues. This man is the best I've found in London.

Fone Doctors really live up to expectations and beyond. 5 repair shops couldn't fix the software problem on my HTC (Liberty) Android, and Fone Doctors repaired it perfectly. They went the extra mile to fix it, too. At first I was hesitant due to the low number of reviews, but I was positively surprised at the number of customers when I went to drop my phone off and pick my phone off.
