Avoid cornershop 'fixing' places - I have had my previous phone screen replaced for cheaper and the screen had a blue tint. Money wasted so I learned from my mistake.

P. B.I have done multiple repairs of my phone (IPhone 8 plus) here and the quality of service has been outstanding every single time. No matter the difficulty of the repair, the staff was always extremely helpful and made sure it was done to the highest possible standard. The only issue I experienced was the repair of the WiFi antenna which had to be redone twice, however both were done free of charge and the problem was solved in the end. I also want to specifically highlight Meesha and Ren for their professionalism and help with the repairs. Would definitely use iCorrect for any future repairs and recommend it to others.

R. S.I hd an excellent experience with iCorrect. I found them through tiktok when I was stuck in a rabbit hole of random videos. The videos engrossed me and were perfectly timed as I'd just liquid damaged my phone with no insurance. I messaged them to enquire about getting my phone fixed and within 20 minutes I received an email arranging for my phone to be collected by a courier within 48 hours. Once I sent the phone I received updates on the progress and then finally the results giving me a full explanation of the required repairs and the optionals. I had additional questions which were promptly reply to within the hour. Over all a fantastic service, friendly service and extremely professional!!!

Very professional, fast and will give you candid feedback - for example with my iPad the extensive repair didn't make sense given it's seven years old but they refused to take any payment for the work done which I thought to be above and beyond the call of duty so to speak. My iPhone they repaired last year still works like new.

H. N.Took my iPhone X to iCorrect as I damaged my screen when I dropped the phone on concrete! Saw another company more local to me offering repairs for £80 but decided to go with iCorrect instead. They may not be the cheapest out there but there is a reason for that! They don't use cheap LCD screens for iPhone X repairs like the other companies do. They use good quality materials and replaced it with an actual OLED screen. Although my phone repair was not as straight forward as we'd hoped, I would still highly recommend them because they are very polite and friendly and always took the time to explain what they had done/are doing to fix the phone. It is not often that you come across a company who are genuinely nice yet professional. Hopefully I don't break my screen again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

M.I smashed my new iPhone 7 phone screen a month ago and spent a while researching where to get it fixed. iCorrect are about average in terms of price (I don't think you can get this done properly and with a high quality screen replacement for under £100 sadly!) but absolutely amazing when it comes to getting the job done, customer service and communications. I had a few follow up questions and a minor issue, and they came back to me and resolved everything super speedily. Plus they are all really lovely! My phone screen is currently working perfectly / as it was pre-smash.

A. P.Took in my son’s iPhone after he’d dropped it in the pool while we were away on holiday. We’d already taken it in to get dried while away but we’re told it was damaged beyond repair, which was devastating as my son had none of his pictures backed up. I took the iPhone to a place around the corner from work who kept it for a week. In the end we had to collect it as they couldn’t help. As a last shot we thought we’d try icorrect as they came recommended by a friend for advance repairs. We waited a day for it to be properly looked at and then quoted for a repair. The repair in total took 2 days at a reasonable cost. They didn’t only fix the phone but it also had all his pictures and contacts on it. I couldn’t fault their service at all. Gabriel kept us informed of process and always there when we called. We can’t thank you enough as a family, you’ve made our boy so happy. I will always recommend your services to our friends and family.

Original: They are fast and also very good in communications and very polite. There is a reason though of why they are cheaper. Got my MacBook back with a weird bubble which shouldn’t be there. It is small and the screen is functional but definitely not perfect and not at the apple standards or even expected with the amount of lines paid. I guess you get what you pay but still not cheap service. Expect to get back something which is not as it should.I would rather pay more next time and use an apple authorised one.

I replaced my battery however there was an error and they issued me my phone with my old battery however I noticed it (when unlocking phone after restarting it Touch ID should not work, and my phone battery was draining at the same rate as before). I went back to the store and reported it and they apologised and immediately replaced the battery. It is now working perfectly fine. I probably would give five stars if it wasn't for the mix up. This shouldn't deter you from visiting the store as the staff is very nice and service is quick

Imagine my horror my six year old had managed to push in his docking/charging connection into his ipad and could it no longer charge.
Arghh, anyone reading this with kids will know the nightmare I was facing. I needs to get this fixed and I need to get this fixed quick.
Initially I contacted the nearest repair company (ismash) to my work to see if they could fix it. Checking on their website the price was £60, so off I went to book it in.
Once at the store I was told it would be £100, to which I replied it states £60 on your website. The assistant disappeared to talk to the engineer and came back saying “well if it is a problem with the connection, that is on the motherboard and will need to be sent off, it will take up to three weeks”. She then said offered to try and reconnect the original connection but that I would be charged £35 and it might not work.
Dilemma, I decided not to patronize iSmash because in my opinion they suck at customer service.
Next I decided to try a repair company closer to home, he wanted £70, eh no thanks.
Time for some more due diligence.
Looking online I found iCorrect based in Central London, near Oxford Circus. They charge £50 to fix the port connection, so I booked it in online, traveled the next day to drop it off and wait whilst is was fixed.
I arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked me to wait until one of the engineers were available. Less than ten minutes later Chris came to discuss my problem. I explained the issue and he went to check if he had the parts in stock. Taking the ipad with him he said he would try and fix it by reconnecting the original port.
He returned with some good and some bad news. Bad news first I would need to leave a review. Your reading it. Hope you like it.
Good news he managed to reconnect the existing port connector and would not charge me for the service. Result.
It is not very often you find a company with this level of customer service.
So if your ipad, iphone, macbook or watch breaks down and you need to find a repair company in Central London, that not only cares your device but also about your experience, iCorrect is the only place to go.
Great prices, Great location and great customer service.
Oh and one final thing, Chris my little boy said thank you very much for fixing his ipad he thinks your super great.
S. P.Cracked my iPhone screen for the first time at the weekend and looked at options to get it sorted. Even using my insurance would have cost me a £75 excess and I would have had a replacement phone rather than just the screen. Saw the excellent reviews of iCorrect so booked in the repair on the Tuesday, visited the offices the following morning, was there for no more than 20 minutes (time in which I could sit and get work done on my laptop with the free WiFi provided), and for £80 my phone was as good as new. Added to a very friendly and polished service, I would highly recommend iCorrect.

I could buy a new phone with that!!). I had a coffee while I waited - they were done in less than 30 mins! W. R.I have an iPad 3 mini where the LCD was failing. Lines begun appearing at the bottom of the screen which was annoying but it still worked. It then went blank. The team at iCorrect were very helpful when I dropped it off and advised if they couldn't fix the problem there'd be no charge. Initially they thought it couldn't be repaired after a new LCD didn't fix the problem but wanted to try one more thing. They found an additional fault, LCD connector on main board, replaced that and LCD, and I now have a fully working iPad. Took around 4 hours, charged me as quoted, and were super friendly, and very professional. I would certainly recommend.
