Brought my Mac laptop in the other week for repair and was really impressed with the efficient service and value for money. I booked it in on a Saturday morning and was contacted on Monday afternoon with an explanation of the issue and options of how they could resolve. Will definitely use ITC again in the future and highly recommend!

My PS4 had become very noisy and hot, messaged ITC on the Friday evening and for £80 they picked it up Saturday, kept me posted on the repair including photos and explanations of what they were doing. They returned the console to me, all clean and new thermal paste, the following Saturday. Definitely 5* service. Maybe a little more expensive than other places but you definitely won't get this service anywhere else. Definitely recommend!

I brought my laptop in to repair a broken screen. I was told by another shop that there might be a more serious problem, so I informed the ITC that this might be the case. They suggested that I leave it for inspection to avoid fixing something that would then require additional fixes/charges that I might not want to incur. They phoned me shortly after to let me know that it was just the screen. They had my laptop fixed by the next day. I am thoroughly impressed with the integrity, customer service and speed of delivery. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with computer troubles.

These guys saved my Macbook Pro when the graphics card had a meltdown (they also managed to retrieve all of data on the drive). Price, turnaround and service were all exceptional - far better than the service I have received in the past from Apple. The owner (Akhtar) took a personal interest in helping me to restore my system, in the most cost effective way possible, and I can't recommend his business highly enough.

Took my friend's laptop which had a blue screen and ITC explained the possible issues and the process they would follow to fix it. Pricing was very clear and reasonable and it was clear you would only pay for what you needed. Left the laptop with great confidence on Saturday and collected it working fully after work Monday. Great experience, they were really clear about what was wrong with my laptop and explaining my options. They were really quick to respond and get a courier out to pick up my laptop and had a friendly and professional manner.

Excellent place. Had 2 PCs and a phone fixed there in the last month. Fixed with no hassle. Easy to understand business model - flat fee for looking at your item, if they can fix it in within that amount they will otherwise phone you up and tell you how much it is going to cost.

Very impressive and professional service. Needed a company Samsung S5 and personal iPad Air repaired - iPad glass replacement and Samsung screen change. Very helpful call followed by excellent in-shop service. Diligent in ensuring phone viability for repair prior to accepting as unable to view faulty screen. Required urgent repair and was able to deliver earlier than indicated even though part needed to be ordered in - lunchtime next day! Very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend.
