Had problems with charging port on Google Pixel 3a, asked for cost to replace and £30. However as screen cracked, was advised that likely would need replacing as well. However guy then used pick and air on port and bingo fixed. When asked how much, was told no charge. How good is that... Will certainly use iSmash if other repairs required.

I walked in the store Tues Morning expecting to have my phone wiped due to corrupt software. I was served and greeted by Tokay who showed sympathy and honestly about the possible factory reset if she is unable to expertly restore my phone without wiping it. Tokay was very professional and proceeded to tell me she will try to get my phone back up and running without wiping my data. Upon returning to the shop I was greeted with good news and my mood instantly lifted. It's truly amazing how fortunate we are to very competent tech repairers such as Tokay. If you have an issue... be sure to speak to Tokay at the Canary Wharf branch!! Thanks again iSmash!

I went to iSmash to fix the screen of my iPhone 7 Plus and got the job done using the premium package however after completing the purchase I realised there was no difference between the two "services" which they provide. Also after my screen was switched it caused my microphone to be unresponsive resulting in me having to purchase wireless each phones in order to respond to phone calls. In general the service provided is ok, however they do require your mobile passcode but because of my microphone randomly stopping working, this will be my first and last time using iSmash services.

Didn't have the screen required and it took 7 days to arrive in stock. They also didn't have any new cases for my phone. Looking back could've sent it to Google to fix in the same time for cheaper. However, the screen fix was very professionally done and fast once the screen arrived.

I decided to bust my Iphone screen early this morning. By accidentally bouncing it off the bathroom floor. The screen was unresponsive to any touch and was slowly turning purple. Even at weekends I rely on my phone for work. In a complete funk I ran around all the mobile phone shops in Greenwich and then up to Canary Wharf. Until I found ‘Ismash’. Thank goodness for ‘Ismash’! The young lady behind the counter immediately identified the problem and explained how it would be fixed. She calmed me down. Talked me through the process clearly and asked me to come back in 45 mins, when it would be as good as new! True to her word when I returned, my phone was working perfectly. Where it had been completely frozen and slowly changing colour, it was alive and well! I have a busy work weekend this weekend and the team at ‘Ismash’ were exceptional. The young lady dealing with customers in store knew her stuff. She was friendly, helpful and her customer service was outstanding. Had my battery replacement for iphone X. Quick, easy and pleasant service. Even cheaper to repair it here than at Apple. Plus they can put a screen protector/tempered glass for you and they have a large selection of phone cases and other accessories.

I rolled up in Canary Wharf with no appointment and they had a Pixel 2 screen in stock. The woman serving me was polite but friendly and chatty and knew her stuff - she took me details and told me to come back in a couple of hours. I got back at the allotted time and my phone had been done perfectly. The staff made me check the phone was working - not just the screen, they made sure everything was still working and sold me a case for 50% off. I love the fact you can see the people working on your phone and I love that the staff are engaged in what they do. They may not be the cheapest but if I needed to I would go back without a thought.

Great customer service. I went in yesterday thinking the charging port on my iPhone needed to be replaced. I’d cleaned it out but it still wasn’t working. A staff member said it would be £49 to repair but he’d try giving it a clean out first. He cleaned it out and used compressed air then tested it and it’s working perfectly now. I dropped my phone, the screen didn't smash but the touch screen didn't function at all. I popped over to iSmash in Canary Wharf's mall and they replaced it within the hour. The process is very simple and the service was friendly. Also, when your phone doesn't work its great to get it fixed right away (rather than send it away for 7 days!). Would definitely recommend!

First time I had every broken my iPhone. I was around the city area before my concert at the p2 and needed to have my phone so I can take snaps but dropped it. I was so lucky ismash was around the corner. I went in there and handed my phone in. Went and grabbed some lunch and it was ready. I had the battery replaced on my iPhone 6s last week. It was done in half an hour (with online appointment) and the battery life is now two to three times what it was. Also, when I first went to talk to them I mentioned the lightening connector was loose, and the tech lady fixed it on the spot with a dental pick (the socket had just got some fluff in it). I attended because my earpiece volume was very low and the Apple Store were charging £150 to repair it. Mena cleaned the earpiece and quickly solved the problem for no charge! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied with the efficiency and service.

The staff were very helpful. However the check in process took a while. I was in to have what looked like some cracks on my iPhone camera lens fixed. Originally they charged me £39.99 for a rear lens repair, but then sdded another £70 to that after the front of house staff spoke to the technicians. It seemed to me that they went for the most expensive option (camera replacement ) before really knowing whether it was just the lens or something more involved. However that is only intended as a minor criticism. I was happy with the final repair and the speed of that repair, which was around an hour.

If you have an issue with your device, I would definitely recommend this outfit. After cleaning out the fluff from the charge port with a pin, I found that my iPhone would no longer charge at all. I went in to iSmash, expecting a pricy bill to replace the charge port and at least 2 days without my phone. The guy there (Ali) was a true professional; after a quick inspection, and a few tweaks at the workbench, my phone was fixed within 15 minutes. My phone was charging again, but I was not charged for the service. Thanks Ali!

Staff are really helpful. It doesnt seem like a money grab type of business. When you check your phone in they look at it to make sure that you’re not an idiot. They told the guy in front of me that his phones problem will be covered under warranty so he should go talk to apple. I thought i needed a new charging port. He took my phone away for five minutes, cleaned the port out and it was fine again. Didnt charge me either.

I booked an appointment and showed up at the time for a problem with charging. They quoted £60 on their website, but when I showed up the woman at the till took my phone and looked at it and used the sim popper tool to remove a ball of lint from the charging port, and voila: No more charging problems. They didn't even charge me for the service, so only good things to say!

I am very impressed with the service, I went in to get the battery replaced on my iPhone and within five minutes it was done. All staff were charming what a find in Canary Wharf. I will certainly return if I have future problems, and I do recommend them because when I went to Apple in Stratford I was told I would have to make an appointment on the Internet first, and come back at the appointed time. Was on holidays in London visiting some friends when I cracked my iphone 6 screen 2 weeks ago, it was so bad i couldn't see or do anything on my phone and needed it fixed right away! After looking around the local area, I felt iSmash was the only place where i could trust leaving my phone unsupervised (other places looked dodgy!). Left my phone in, paid a reasonable price ( same or cheaper than the other dodgy spots), went shopping for a few hours and came back and my phone was good as new. Made a fairly decent journey to this place as it was reccomended by a friend. I was really surprised at how i smash dealt with my phone issue... as I really thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed. All I can say is WOW! My Macbook headphone jack was broken and Apple told me I need a new logic board. iSmash managed to repair it for me without purchasing a new logic board within 3 hours. Excellent service highly recommended!!

I've struggled for a while with downloading pictures from my old Samsung to my Apple computer, as well as with backing up my photos. At iSmash, I have received professional advice and help with transfering photos from my phone to a computer. Don't even ask me about the incompatibility of all those devices and about formating external drive before you even start to backup your files. But I didn't have to worry about all that!! They did it for me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to understand my needs and to give me instructions so that I know how to backup my photos in the future. All for free!
