Tariq was brilliant fixing my sons iphone that suddenly froze mid update (and which we couldn’t even turn off and reset). He managed to resolve the issue very quickly without any messages/numbers/photos being wiped out (it wasn’t backed up so we were concerned he could lose everything on there). I’ve been to the shop many times for a variety of issues and Tariq is always so helpful, efficient and friendly. I can’t recommend him more highly.

Very good customer services , quality of material . I had my iphone's screen cracked and needed urgent repair. I booked the date to have it done and everything was very prompt when I arrived there . They explained everything to me, and was very quick . For the screen saver I recommend to pay an additional GBP10 and add a lifetime insurance where if you crack the screen again you just need to bring the receipt and they add a new screen protector .

Popped in to get a battery replacement for my pixel XL, it was surprising that they actually had a battery in stock given the age of the phone. Staff was very attentive and my phone was ready 30 minutes before they said to come and collect it!. Bottom line is you don't have to change a phone just Because that battery life degrades to nothing. Replacing a phone every year is incredibly wasteful and I'm glad there's a company like this around, rather than try to Do it myself. Recommended 👍.

I got the screen repair yesterday. That service was efficient but they asked me if I’d like a screen protector as well. I said sure, the cover my phone came back with was not large enough to cover the entire screen and also it was super thick. So thick that it was not actually sensitive enough to keep me from typing properly. Make sure you don’t get that extra even if they offer you a discount. I got rid of the protector now so £10 out of the window.

Awesome service from the team at iSmash. I took my 6 year old MacBook Pro into an Apple reseller. They charged me for a diagnosis and then told me it couldn't be fixed and there was a host of water damage. WRONG. Shout out to head technician Sergi for iSmashing this repair out the park and realizing that it was simply an issue with the keyboard. Great diagnostics here and their repair rate is great. Highly recommend.

These guys are brilliant. Came off my bike and despite being in my backpack my phone's screen was all kinds of smashed. Went to iSmash straightaway because we all know how annoying being without a phone is and I'd heard a while back they were good. They didn't disappoint. Despite closing soon they said they would do their best for me and they did. One crack free, perfect looking phone within 35 minutes. They were friendly and helpful and I would go back in a heartbeat (but hope I don't have to!!)

Ismash HSK saved my iPhone. It's amazing and I received quick and friendly professional help and service. My phone got water damaged due to a leaking perfume bottle in my handbag and the sound was awful. After discussing the phone and informing me about all the risks and that I might needed a new speaker, I left the shop assuming I would hear from them the next day. However, I got an email about half an hour later that they'd fixed it and that I didn't need a new speaker as they managed to clean that too. iSmash is hands down THE most expensive place to repair your phone in London. That said, they do an excellent job, staff are fantastic and the service is something to be proud of. And let me just state it again: hands down THE most expensive place in to repair your phone in London. Expect to pay 20-30% more here than any other chain...but remember, you also get a lifetime warranty, so it's worth it.

The headphone jack broke inside my ipad. Despite being told by two places that there was nothing that could be done, I tried iSmash in Kensington High Street. The staff were helpful and polite and suggested leaving my ipad with them for an hour. I returned expecting a negative response but they have a genius in Gerda. The broken jack piece removed, we tested the ipad for sound. It worked fine. I was more than happy to pay the charge. Never will I go anywhere else for repairs to any of my devices. Highly recommend this branch.

As soon as I came in, Akram and Sergi were at hand to help. They were very professional and the service was impeccable. Binita and Syyed of the high street Ken branch did an amazing job with my phone! It had been water damaged over a week ago and I didn't have any hope for it, but took it in for their water damage diagnostics just to have an idea of the price of replacement vs new parts. After chatting with them and discussing the phone, I left the shop, thinking I would hear from them the next day. About 15 minutes later they called me asking me to come back because Syyed had already managed to fix it! I was amazed at how quick it was, how friendly they both were and how good value it was to get my phone fixed there. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone needing their phone fixed.

Thank you iSmash!! I came in with my hospitalised friend's iPad that had a stuck SIM in it. It would have been an expensive repair as you have to remove the screen, but the lovely technician took some time to try getting to the SIM without removing the screen.... and managed to do it! No charge..... phew... So through their kindness my friend who's been stuck in hospital for 3 months with more months to go, had a beaming smile on his face when I brought it to him later. Joy! Can't thank you enough!

My iPhone screen was replaced and the people were friendly, but I booked a 30 minute appointment and it took nearly 2 hours. I'm glad I had the extra time in my day, but was frustrated by wasting it. Also, I assume they didn't charge my phone during the service as my battery was drained and I had to go home to get a charger when I got my phone back. Finally, my screen appears more pixelated than before, but at least it isn't cracked.

These guys on High Street Kensington are amazing! I went in there with phone that would not charge, I think Zilka (Apologies im not sure I have the name correct) took great care and manged to fix the charging issue in under a minute. It was so much better dealing with ISmash than with the manufacturer direct. Everybody with a phone problem should go to ISmash on Ken high street! They are beyond fantastic when you need your phone up and running again in a hurry.

Not very pleased with the service. I came in with a phone which needed a check first to see if they could bring it back to life and they said that it would be done in 3 days, a week later I checked and they still hadn't done it, the man on the phone told me that they would probably do it tomorrow, a few days later I came into the store and asked again, the man there moved it to the top priority shelf, It's been nearly a week again and I have not heard anything about it. They were supposed to check to see first if they could bring it back to life or not (it was submerged into water and so wouldn't turn on) Although they were quite helpful, I wouldn't call them reliable, I would've preferred it if they told me a estimated time that it would be done by where as to just say it will be done by a few days and then a week later it is not. I am still waiting for my phone. I have also tried to call them twice now, without an answer. I understand that they must be busy but the fact that I've waited for almost 2 and a bit weeks which is much longer than what they have told me is a bit frustrating.

Nice people. I thought my Samsung port was broken as the charger wouldn't fit properly so i took it to ismash. They dug out some dirt or fluff and it was fixed in two minutes. And they did it for free!
