Very positive experience with I-Smash I showed up an hour early and booked the wrong model number. They were very quick and attentive fixing the phone screen and changed the battery. It's like having a completely new phone. Wholly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. I went in because my phone wasn't charging properly. I'd looked online and thought it was going to cost £60 to fix the charging port, but Divyesh suggested just cleaning the port for £10. Phone is now charging properly again and I'm £50 better off. This is the kind of thoughtful customer service that makes me smile. Thank you to Divyesh and your colleague. Wonderful!

When I arrived. I was served immediately by the customer representative Adnan. My English is not good but he was very patient in listening and repeating himself when I didn’t understand. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient service! I dropped my phone on the floor and my screen suddenly went blank... Within 30 min of dropping my phone at the shop it was fixed. I wasn't charge a thing since I'd already paid a screen replacement earlier in the year, and as it wasn't cracked this time around but it was only a display issue apparently, I was told my service was free of charge :) Made my day! Thanks for your quick and reliable service.

I was having trouble with my MAC - specifically an issue with the socket for the plug (it was not inserting properly). In an effort to get this fixed, I went to two different shops - one had proposed 100 GBP and another about 110 GBP to resolve this. As it is an older MAC (2018) - the investment was not worth it for me. I was about to give up then I came across iSmash - and had Adnan look at this - he share it was a very minor issue and solved it for a fraction of the costs the others proposed. These guys are honest and know what they are doing - give this shop a try!!!

Fantastic service! 10 stars! I was served by Divyesh who was extremely helpful and polite. Went in with a broken phone screen. Divyesh reassured me my phone settings and data would be safe. What a relief! (Unlike Samsung who said my phone would have to be reset to factory settings). Poor chaps lunch was getting cold as he managed the shop single handed, and remained polite and helpful throughout visit. I-samsh, please give Divyesh a pay rise! He deserves it!
