Used them to replace a phone battery. There was initially a 5 day wait for the item to be shipped to the shop, but it arrived early and I was made aware. I was able to get the phone fixed 3 days earlier than original appointment. The team was very efficient and very. Great communication.

Phone wasn't charging properly. Walked into the store. Maks the sales assistant had a quick look. Within two minutes he'd got my phone powered up again: dust had built up in the charging port! Super friendly service and free of charge too!

Excellent service even though my problem was not what they usually do. Let me tell you more. I was resetting one of our compny's Andoid phones to factory settings and it hung - nothing I could do would get the thing to do anything. So annoying and a useless lump unless I could get it to respond again. So in desperation I took it to I Smash at Oxford Circus at 430pm and both the guys stopped what they were doing to try and help me even though they don't do software isues. They sepcialise in screens, batteries and hardware issues but they wanted to help and they both fiddled with the phone for a while and 'bam' it was rebooting - after I had tried everything for the last 3 or 4 hrs. Fantastic help and service for something they do not usually do - and they would not take any fee for helping me. Not even a couple of £'s Brilliant service, fanastic customer service and beyond my expectations. Seriously well done and many thanks, still have not got the phone reset but at least its responding so there is hope. Many thanks for your help and I will definately be back when we break a screen or need batteries.

Not been able to hear anyone on the earpiece of my iPhone 8, fir over a year. I read it could be a loose connection. I asked at iSmash if they had a view idea to fix it. The engineer said he would clean it! Rubbish I said. I can’t hear anyone who calls it must be serious. The engineer said he would clean it and if it did not work I would not have to pay!! Nothing to lose. When he called my voicemail and put it to my ear he nearly burst my eardrums!! Brilliant. £9.99 worth every penny. Really!

I had smashed my samsung s10+ and specifically took a day off to go to samsung to get it fixed. After awful customer service from Samsung, on my way home I stopped off at iSmash in the station and I have to say I would DEFINITELY return and recommend others to get their phone fixed here. Naem - the manager was very accommodating- the tech guy repaired my screen within an hour and it works great. Super super happy with this service. You can absolutely trust them fixing your phone!

Absolutely amazing service by brother nayeem! He managed me my pixel 4xl screen in record time where as Google customer service failed on me! However one thing about the ismash main customer service it's self was a fail because no one answers the phone no email reply nothing! It's non existent. If it wasn't for nayeem at the Oxford circus station store who chased the part for me nothing would have happened for weeks! So I highly recommend this store and the whole Oxford circus branch team! iSmash @ Oxford Circus underground - a car ran over my iPhone X, screen was completely damaged so I went to Apple and they said they cannot fix only the screen if the back is damaged as well so I'd have to pay 580£ in exchange for a new phone. So someone recommended iSmash and I found them in Oxford Circus, they fixed my phone in 1hr, everything is working as if no car ever went over it! And the staff is soooo kind, helpful and professional. Especially Jameelah! she even gave me a discount at the end and made my whole experience 10/10. I never write reviews cos I can't be bothered but they deserve it. Totally recommend. Ah and also the guy who fixed my phone and therefore saved my life (lol) is Zeeshan! Thank you all.

Parts are not Apple original, but quality seems ok, better than before. Service is good, and if they get something wrong they'll put it right and make up for it. If going here during peak times you have to enter the station through an 'exit' (marked with no-entry signs), because a one-way entry system is in force - otherwise you'll never find it.

The iSmash team were so helpful! I booked an appointment online that was suppose to cost £20. However, when I took them my iPhone they were able to fix it within 5 minutes and told me not to worry about the cost. My screen had disconnected inside the phone meaning my Face ID and touch sensitivity wouldn’t work. Such a relief for my phone and lovely to be serve by such genuine and honest people. I will definitely go back again if I ever have an issue with my iPhone. Thanks iSmash! 😁
